By creating an account with Just Dance Studios, I understand that I am responsible for keeping all account information current, reviewing studio emails and announcements regularly, and ensuring tuition and fees are paid by the due dates listed in the studio policies. I also understand that participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, and competitions may involve physical activity, and I agree to follow all studio rules, attendance expectations, and safety guidelines. I understand that all tuition, registration fees, costume fees, competition fees, and other studio-related payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Just Dance Studios. Withdrawal from classes, missed classes, schedule conflicts, vacations, extracurricular activities, injury, illness, dismissal from the studio, or removal from routines do not qualify for refunds or account credits. Just Dance Studios reserves the right to revoke or suspend class participation, competition participation, or studio privileges due to unpaid balances, repeated policy violations, disruptive behavior, excessive absences/tardies, or failure to follow studio expectations. By creating this account, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all studio policies and understand that policies may be updated throughout the season.
