IMPORTANT DATES
- Holiday Dress Rehearsal & Showcase: December 19–20, 2025
- Spring Dress Rehearsal & Recital: June 12-13, 2026
TUITION & PAYMENTS
- The 2025–2026 season runs August 25, 2025 – June 21, 2026.
- Tuition is based on the full season and divided into equal monthly payments. Tuition does not vary by the number of classes in a month.
- Your one-time registration fee upon payment online for classes includes your dancer’s dress code items for the season. After your dancer’s first month, only tuition is owed monthly.
Monthly Tuition Rates:
• 1 class: $66/month
• 2 classes: $110/month
• 3 classes: $145/month
• 4 classes: $175/month
Tuition is due before the 1st class of the new month. Late payment means your dancer cannot return to class until paid. Tuition is non-refundable.
We accept checks made out to “BOTB” and all major credit/debit cards in studio. You may also enroll in autopay (processed on the 25th each month) or make manual payments through our Parent Portal app (Studio Pro), with applicable processing fees. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
Discounts: Multi-class (17–34%) off monthly tuition, 15% off monthly tuition family discount for multiple dancers or dancing parents, and 10% off full-season tuition paid by September 20th.

- Excessive absences may result in removal from recital or show routines.
- Call the studio to report absences — no emails or messages.
- Make-up classes are available within the same age group for missed sessions.
- Consistent dedication is expected, even if perfect attendance isn’t.
CLASS PLACEMENT
-All enrichment and company placements for classes and levels are at BOTB’s discretion. Placement considers ability, focus, effort, safety, and class dynamics.
SHOWS, COSTUMES & CHOREOGRAPHY
- Dance at BOTB is performance-based, with recitals and shows serving as an essential part of each student’s training and growth.
- Our two main annual performance events are: Holiday Show – held in December, and Spring Recital – held in mid to late June
- Broadway Babies (ages 2.5 and under) do not participate in these shows.
- Dance style, choreography, music, formations, costumes, and props are selected by BOTB instructors to ensure safety, technical development, and age-appropriate material.
- A mandatory full dress rehearsal is held at the performance venue the day before each show. Students must attend in order to perform.
- Spring recital costumes (one per choreographed class) are purchased in January 2026, priced between $70–$130 each, and are yours to keep.
- Holiday show costumes are rented and included in the ticket price to help cover production expenses.
- Recital and show tickets are sold online, are non-refundable, and open to the public.
- All account balances must be paid in full (through December for the Holiday Show, and through June for the Spring Recital) in order for students to receive tickets and perform.
LOBBY, BEHAVIOR & CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE
- Lobby use is optional. Parents may wait or drop off. If staying, supervise siblings at all times.
- Check the info boards weekly for studio updates.
- Keep our space clean and respectful — BOTB is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
- Positive conversation only in the studio. Negative or disrespectful comments may lead to dismissal.
- Parents/siblings are not allowed in studios during class unless invited.
- Dance Glance occurs during the last 5 minutes of the last class each month.
- Students must wait to be invited in by instructors at the start of class.
- 3-strike behavior policy applies to classroom conduct; repeated disruptions may affect class placement.
- Younger dancers earn tickets for good behavior and may redeem prizes monthly after Dance Glance.
COMMUNICATION & CLASS CANCELLATIONS
- We communicate via email, text, and the Studio Pro Portal app (free on App Store/Google Play).

- No personal contact (phone, email, social media) between staff and families. For questions, speak with instructors before or after class, or contact the studio directly.
- Class cancellations (due to illness or weather) are sent via email and text; make-up classes may be offered.
- We do not follow school weather closures—check for updates up to 1 hour before class.
- BOTB may adjust times or cancel classes as needed. We’ll notify families as soon as possible.
