General Terms
Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2026, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Triple T Dance is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
Withdrawal from Classes
Enrolment is ongoing and fees will continue to be charged until Triple T Dance receives written notice of withdrawal.
A minimum of 14 calendar days' written notice is required to withdraw a student from any class.
Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing by email to dionne@tripletdance.com.au. Verbal notice, notification to a teacher or staff member, or non-attendance at classes will not be considered notice of withdrawal.
The 14-day notice period begins on the date Triple T Dance receives the written withdrawal notice.
Normal tuition fees remain payable throughout the full 14-day notice period, whether or not the student attends classes during that period.
Direct debit payments will continue to be processed as normal during the 14-day notice period. The student's enrolment and future tuition charges will cease once the 14-day notice period has been completed.
Where a scheduled direct debit includes tuition fees for dates beyond the end of the 14-day notice period, any applicable overpayment will be credited or refunded.
Failure to attend classes during the notice period does not waive or reduce the fees payable.
By enrolling with Triple T Dance, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to this withdrawal and notice policy.
All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a Thursday on weekly basis.
All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details by the end of Week 2 unless payment is made in advance on account.
If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Parent Portal, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer.
THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY FEES WILL DEDUCT FROM.
I understand that any payments made via credit card as the payment method incur a fee per transaction charged by the payment provider.
Any Promotional credits have no cash value and are non-refundable/non-transferable
Fees paid via Bank Account on the Parent Portal, in person at the studio or over the phone do not incur any transaction fees.
Costume Deposits of $30 per class will be deducted on the 7th week on of each term, processed on Friday seperate from fees scheduled payment- this IS NON-REFDUNDABLE and your commitment to concert
Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks.
Students will not be able to participate in any Triple T Dance events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
Triple T Dance reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
