I hereby give permission for my daughter/son's photo to be released by Tippy Toez and Tippy Tumblez for any promotional and / or editorial purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s photo to be taken please let us know by sending us a message. We’re more than happy to accommodate your request. I agree to abide, and ensure my child abides by all rules, regulations and instructions provided by staff members. I understand my child will attend at their own risk and no responsibility will be accepted for any injuries received during the lesson or whilst traveling to and from the studio. I am responsible for the safety and well being of my child at all times and will remain on the premises. I understand that term fees are payable in full before the start of term and if my child is unable to attend a lesson, one equivalent make-up class will be offered during the Term. I understand that if I withdraw my child, no refunds will be provided. In the event that a class is cancelled by the studio, an equivalent makeup class will be provided. Makeup classes are offered in place of refunds. If a family is unable to attend the scheduled makeup class, the class is forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued. No food is permitted in the Dance Studio. Students are required to bring water or other refreshments to hydrate themselves during Dance Class. While we encourage capturing memories, we kindly request that parents and guardians refrain from sharing or posting photos of other children on social media platforms without explicit consent from their respective parents or guardians. We respect the privacy and safety of all children and their families. Please ensure that any media shared from our classes or events respects the privacy of all individuals involved. We hold no responsibility for the actions of parents or guardians who choose to share or post photos of children other than their own on social media.
