I hereby give permission for my daughter/son's photo to be released by Tippy Toez and Tippy Tumblez for any promotional and / or editorial purposes
I agree to abide, and ensure my child abides by all rules, regulations and instructions provided by staff members.
I understand my child will attend at their own risk and no responsibility will be accepted for any injuries received during the lesson or whilst traveling to and from the studio. I am responsible for the safety and well being of my child at all times and will remain on the premises.
I understand that term fees are payable in full before the start of term and if my child is unable to attend a lesson, an equivalent make-up class will be offered during the Term.
I understand that if I withdraw my child, no refunds will be provided.

While we encourage capturing memories, we kindly request that parents and guardians refrain from sharing or posting photos of other children on social media platforms without explicit consent from their respective parents or guardians.
We respect the privacy and safety of all children and their families. Please ensure that any media shared from our classes or events respects the privacy of all individuals involved.
We hold no responsibility for the actions of parents or guardians who choose to share or post photos of children other than their own on social media.
