I understand that participation in dance classes involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to:
Physical injury: Strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, and other injuries related to physical activity.
Illness: Exposure to and contraction of illnesses.
Property damage: Damage to personal belongings.
I acknowledge that the Studio takes reasonable precautions to minimize risks, but that it is impossible to eliminate all risks entirely. I am aware of the risks involved in the Activities, and I freely and voluntarily assume those risks on behalf of my Child.
In consideration of my Child being allowed to participate in the Activities under Just Dance Studio, I, on behalf of my Child, myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Studio, its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my Child, or to any property belonging to my Child, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in the Activities.
