TDC PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026 All tuition is calculated on a term basis. Fees are posted to Studio Pro Accounts. ENROLMENT: When enrolling, it is assumed that the student is committing to the full (or remainder of) calendar year. To secure your child’s class placement, parents are required to have a card saved on file in their StudioPro account. Enrolments and class placement automatically continue into each new school term unless we are notified otherwise. You may request changes to, or terminate your enrolment by emailing admin@tdctas.com.au (noncompetitive@tdctas.com.au for preschool classes and Petites) at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of each term. Requests made after this period may result in some or all of the term fees being charged. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Autopay fees will be posted to students’ accounts and debited each Monday. Additional charges will be applied as follows: (If you paid your term fees upfront, you will need to keep an eye out for these additional charges to ensure you pay them on time.) Week 1: Enrolment fee (Excluding Preschool) Week 2: Costume hire (Term 1 & Term 4 only) Week 3: Concert fee (Term 4 only) Week 5: Private/duo lessons PAYMENT OPTIONS/METHODS: Option One: Upfront Payment of all fees, due by the end of week one of each term. Fees paid upfront can be paid via card on StudioPro or in person via cash or card. Option Two: Direct Debit - Any family who cannot pay their fees upfront must use weekly direct debit payments (AutoPay). To update your payment details and enable direct debit for your fees, please follow the steps below: Log in to your StudioPro account and go to >Account >Payment Method >Add payment method LATE PAYMENTS & COLLECTION SERVICES: Failed payments will incur a $10 fee per failed transaction. Accounts with 3 or more failed payments will be referred to Tas Collections, and the student’s enrolment may be terminated. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All fees are non-refundable unless the term or lesson is cancelled by the studio. Classes missed for any other reason will not be credited or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious injury or illness requiring a student to miss multiple consecutive weeks, The Dance Collective may assess eligibility for a credit or refund. TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT: If you wish to cancel your enrolment for any reason, you must do so in writing 4 weeks before your child’s final lesson. Failure to provide notice may result in a full term's worth of fees being charged. By enrolling your child, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
