By completing registration and submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all House of Tozada policies, waivers, and agreements associated with enrollment and participation.

I understand that enrollment creates financial responsibility according to the Financial Responsibility Agreement and Program Commitment policies. I acknowledge that payments are non-refundable and that participation requires adherence to all program rules and expectations.

I understand that my electronic acceptance and payment constitute agreement to all terms and policies of House of Tozada.

By enrolling in a House of Tozada program, I acknowledge that participation may include competitions, performances, travel events, camps, and required team activities throughout the season.

PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
I understand that competitive majorette and cheer are team-based activities. Each participant’s attendance directly impacts formations, timing, spacing, choreography, and overall performance readiness. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled competitions, performances, rehearsals, and required events unless excused in advance by program staff.

EVENT REQUIREMENTS
For competitions and performances, participants must:
Arrive on time and fully prepared
Wear the correct uniform and required items
Follow all instructions from coaches and staff
Remain with the team until officially dismissed

Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation unless otherwise arranged by the program.

TRAVEL EVENTS
Some competitions or performances may require travel, including overnight stays.
Parents are responsible for travel costs, accommodations, and related expenses unless otherwise specified.
Participants may be required to stay in designated team accommodations for supervision and safety when applicable.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
All competition fees, travel costs, event registrations, and related expenses are non-refundable once paid due to vendor commitments and scheduling requirements. Withdrawal from an event does not eliminate financial responsibility for costs already incurred.

FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE
Failure to attend required events without approval may result in:
Loss of roles or formations
Restricted participation in future events
Removal from routines or performances
Program disciplinary action

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I understand competition and event participation expectations, accept financial responsibility for related costs, and agree to support my dancer’s commitment to scheduled events. I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms.

By enrolling in any House of Tozada program, I acknowledge that I am the financially responsible party for all charges associated with my dancer’s participation. I understand that enrollment reserves a position that cannot be offered to another participant and creates financial obligations as outlined below.

PROGRAM TERM
This financial agreement applies to the active program season in which the dancer is enrolled.

TUITION AND FEES
Monthly tuition for the Majorette Program is $150 per month.
Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. Auto-pay processes at 11:59 PM on the 15th. A $35 late fee will be applied on the 16th if payment is not successfully processed. If tuition remains unpaid after the 26th, additional balances may be added and participation may be suspended until the account is current. Tuition is assessed for the full season and is not prorated for absences, injuries, illness, holidays, missed practices, or schedule changes. Optional programs such as tumbling carry separate fees as posted in the Parent Portal and are included in financial responsibility once enrolled.

AUTO-PAY AND CARD ON FILE REQUIREMENT
All families must maintain a valid debit or credit card on file at all times. By maintaining a card on file, I authorize House of Tozada to process scheduled payments including tuition, program fees, uniform installments, competition or travel fees, late fees, outstanding balances, or administrative charges. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension from participation until the account is brought current. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors integrated with the studio management system.

NON-REFUND POLICY
All payments made to House of Tozada are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This includes tuition, registration fees, uniforms, costumes, competition fees, travel fees, specialty items, administrative charges, termination fees, and any other program-related expenses.
No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawal, removal, injury, illness, schedule changes, missed practices, or any other reason.

7-DAY ENROLLMENT GRACE PERIOD
Families have seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment to submit written notice of withdrawal without future tuition obligation.
Registration fees and any costs already incurred remain non-refundable. If uniform orders, competition registrations, tumbling enrollment, or vendor expenses have already begun, those costs remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
After the 7-day period, full financial responsibility applies according to program policies for the remainder of the season.

UNIFORMS AND CUSTOM ITEMS
Uniforms, costumes, apparel, and accessories are custom-produced and season-specific. Once orders are submitted or production begins, all fees become non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian regardless of participation status. Withdrawal or removal does not eliminate financial responsibility for items already ordered or in production.

CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
By agreeing to this Financial Responsibility Agreement, I agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for authorized payments. If a chargeback is initiated, a $75 chargeback fee will be applied per occurrence, the full disputed balance remains due, participation may be suspended or terminated, and House of Tozada may pursue recovery through collections or legal action. A financial institution’s temporary reversal of funds does not eliminate the underlying debt obligation.

COLLECTIONS AND LEGAL COSTS
If House of Tozada is required to enforce this agreement or collect unpaid balances, I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with recovery, including court costs, filing fees, service fees, administrative costs, collection agency fees, and reasonable attorney fees.

REMOVAL FROM PROGRAM
Removal, suspension, or dismissal from the program does not release financial responsibility unless explicitly stated in writing by House of Tozada administration.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By accepting this agreement, I authorize House of Tozada to charge the payment method on file for all approved charges associated with participation in the program.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I am the financially responsible party, understand all payment obligations, agree to the non-refund policy, understand the 7-day grace period terms, agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks, and accept full financial responsibility for my dancer’s participation.

By enrolling in a House of Tozada program, I acknowledge and understand that participation in dance, cheer, conditioning, tumbling, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and related activities involves inherent physical risks.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation may involve risks including, but not limited to, falls, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in practices, performances, competitions, travel, and all program-related activities, whether on-site or off-site.

LIABILITY RELEASE
I release, waive, and discharge House of Tozada, its owners, directors, staff, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This release applies to activities occurring at practice facilities, competitions, events, travel, and all program-related activities. House of Tozada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of injury or emergency where I cannot be reached, I authorize House of Tozada staff to administer basic first aid and to seek emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary. I understand that I am financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of injury or illness.

INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY
I acknowledge that House of Tozada does not provide medical or accident insurance coverage for participants. I certify that my dancer is covered under a personal or family medical insurance policy.

BEHAVIOR AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE
I understand that my dancer must follow all safety rules, instructions, and program policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from participation.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Tozada and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney fees and medical costs, arising from participation in the program.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I understand the risks associated with participation, voluntarily assume those risks, authorize emergency medical care, and release House of Tozada from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participants and families agree to support the goals, culture, and standards of House of Tozada, follow instructions from coaches and staff, maintain respectful behavior toward dancers, parents, staff, officials, and other organizations, and uphold the reputation of House of Tozada both in person and online. Participation is a privilege and may be restricted or revoked if expectations are not met.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
Majorette and cheer are team-dependent activities requiring consistent attendance.
Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled practices, rehearsals, performances, and required events. Excessive absences may result in loss of roles, formations, or participation opportunities. Students arriving late may not be permitted to participate. Mandatory events must be attended unless approved in advance by staff. Schedule changes may occur as needed for program operations.

PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Parents or guardians agree to ensure dancers arrive on time, properly dressed, and prepared, follow the established communication structure, remain outside practice or dressing areas unless authorized, supervise siblings in waiting areas, and remain at events until dancers are officially dismissed.Disruptive behavior, interference with coaching decisions, or hostile conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
House of Tozada uses designated communication platforms, including Band, for program updates and announcements.
Parents are responsible for monitoring communication regularly, keeping contact information current, and following the communication chain of command. Failure to review communications does not exempt families from program or financial obligations.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC CONDUCT
Participants and parents represent House of Tozada at all times.
Prohibited behaviors include bullying, harassment, disrespect toward staff or dancers, posting negative or defamatory content related to House of Tozada, or any conduct that harms the organization’s reputation. Violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

DRESS CODE AND APPEARANCE
Participants must follow dress code and uniform requirements as instructed by the program. Unsafe attire or missing required items may result in restricted participation.

DISCIPLINE AND REMOVAL AUTHORITY
House of Tozada reserves the right to impose disciplinary action, including suspension or removal, for violations of policies, conduct standards, safety concerns, or behavior that disrupts program operations. Removal from the program does not eliminate financial responsibility unless stated in writing by administration.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I understand and agree to all policies and expectations, accept conduct and communication requirements, understand removal authority and consequences, and agree to uphold the standards of House of Tozada.

By enrolling in a House of Tozada program, I acknowledge that participation requires commitment for the duration of the active season. Team placement reserves a position that impacts choreography, formations, scheduling, staffing, and program planning.

PROGRAM TERM
The House of Tozada season runs June 1 through May 31 of the following year. Programs are structured as seasonal commitments and are not recreational or drop-in activities.

COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS
Families agree to prioritize scheduled practices, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and required activities, maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, support the team’s culture and expectations, and follow communication procedures and program policies.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Majorette and cheer are team-dependent activities. Attendance directly impacts formations and performance readiness. Excessive absences may result in restricted participation, loss of roles, or removal from routines. Mandatory events must be attended unless approved in advance by staff. House of Tozada reserves the right to adjust schedules, events, and program requirements as necessary. Schedule changes do not qualify for refunds or release from commitment.

WITHDRAWAL REQUIREMENTS
Withdrawal requires written notice submitted by the parent or legal guardian through official communication channels. Text messages, phone calls, or verbal conversations do not constitute official notice. Withdrawal does not become effective until written notice is received and confirmed.

TERMINATION FEES FOR VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL
If voluntary withdrawal occurs before May 31 of the active season term, termination fees apply as outlined below. Termination fees represent a pre-agreed estimate of damages resulting from early withdrawal, including staffing commitments, scheduling, choreography allocation, contracted services, and the inability to replace a participant mid-season.

March 1 – May 31: $300

Parent or guardian is responsible for the greater of the remaining tuition and enrolled program fees owed for the season, including tumbling if applicable, or the termination fee listed above. Termination fees are separate from any outstanding balances and are due at the time of withdrawal. All payments made prior to withdrawal remain non-refundable according to the Financial Responsibility Agreement.

PROGRAM-INITIATED REMOVAL
House of Tozada reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant for nonpayment, excessive absences, unsafe behavior, disrespect, parent misconduct, policy violations, social media violations, or behavior that compromises safety or operations.

EFFECT OF REMOVAL
If removal occurs, all prior payments are forfeited, outstanding balances remain due, and removal does not release financial responsibility unless stated in writing by House of Tozada.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I understand the seasonal commitment, agree to withdrawal requirements, accept the termination fee structure, understand removal does not eliminate financial responsibility, and agree to fulfill obligations for the program term.
