Tozada Dance Company Policies & Agreement
Welcome to Tozada Dance Company! We’re excited to have you join our community. Please read the following policies carefully. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined here.
TUITION POLICY
- Monthly tuition is $100.00, payable only through your Parent Portal.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $35 late fee will be added on the 16th if unpaid.
- Paying tution late: Students may not attend class until the account is paid in full.
- Tuition is per month, not per class, and does not adjust for absences or month length.
- Discounts are available for multiple children in one family.
REFUND POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS. This applies to tuition, uniforms, accessories, and any other payments made to Tozada Dance Company.
UNIFORMS & COSTUMES
- Uniform orders are posted in your Parent Portal with a due date.
- Payments must be submitted on or before the due date to ensure timely delivery.
- Uniforms are custom-ordered and cannot be repurposed.
*** Uniform Forfeiture Clause: If a dancer withdraws or is removed from the team for any reason after uniform production begins, all rights to the uniform and any refund are forfeited. This includes costumes, accessories, and related fees. ***
ATTENDANCE
- Dancers practice 3–5 times per week. Consistent attendance is essential.
- Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to enter class.
WEATHER & HOLIDAYS
- The studio may remain open during inclement weather.
- We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
- Cancellations will be announced via BAND.
PRACTICE WEAR
- Students must wear form-fitting dance attire to all classes. If a student does not have Tozada practice attire, they are to wear a white shirt and black bottoms.
- No baggy clothing, jeans, jewelry, or inappropriate attire allowed.
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
I give permission for my child’s image and likeness to be used in photos/videos on Tozada Dance Company’s website, social media, and promotional materials.
MEDICAL RELEASE & INSURANCE
- I authorize emergency medical treatment if I cannot be reached.
- I understand the risks of dance participation and release Tozada Dance Company and its staff from liability.
- Tozada Dance Company does not carry medical insurance. All students must be covered by their own family insurance.
COMMUNICATION
- For questions or concerns, please contact our Parent Coordinator.
- Studio updates will be sent via email and BAND.
LEGAL & COLLECTIONS
- If legal action is required to collect unpaid tuition or fees, I agree to pay all associated costs, including court fees, attorney fees, and service charges.
STUDIO RULES
- Students must be enrolled to be in the studio.
- Arrive dressed and prepared before class starts.
- No food, drinks, or gum allowed in the studio.
- Parents must supervise young children in the waiting area.
- Respect coaches, parents and other dancers at all times.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all Tozada Dance Company policies. I specifically acknowledge that all payments (including tuition, uniforms, and accessories) are non-refundable under any circumstance. I understand that if I withdraw or am removed from the team after uniform production begins, I forfeit all rights to receive the uniform or a refund. I also agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any charges I have authorized under these terms.
