Welcome to the CSD family! Please read through our policy and terms thoroughly as you will be asked to sign an agreement to these terms.
TUITION: dance tuition is done on a MONTHLY basis. Tuition payments are due the first week of each month. Prices will vary based upon group/private lessons and family/bulk discounts.
-In the event that I cancel the lesson I will adjust tuition for that month. If your dancer cannot attend a lesson for any reason other than a long-term injury/illness FULL tuition is still expected.
LATE TUITION: if tuition is more than 1 month behind, your dancer may not return to class until tuition is updated and you will still owe for their time missed as their spot will be held in class until they can return. EXCEPTION to this rule: if tuition gets behind in April or later, your dancer will NOT be able to return to class
or perform in the recital. Please understand that this is to protect ALL of my dancers. A missing dancer affects the rest of the class, and once we get close to recital time it is important to have everyone there.
ATTIRE: please have your dancer dressed appropriately for class. Leotard and tights or leggings and T-shirt are the best. Please no denim.
ATTENDANCE: please inform me if your dancer will not be at class. **If a dancer misses four consecutive lessons I will assume you are no longer interested in dancing and your spot will be filled.
COSTUMES: dancers will need costumes for each of their routines for the annual recital. They will also need a recital T-shirt for the finale number and black leggings or shorts. I will post costume totals in late fall. To allow ample time for costumes to arrive, I must require that all costume payments be sent in NO LATER than January 31. Your costume total will include all costumes, tights, and Finale tshirts.
SNOW DAYS: if Whitehall school is closed due to inclement weather, dance will also be canceled.
ILLNESS: please, if your dancer has a cough, cold, fever, etc. do NOT send them to class.
PARKING: there is ample space in the back parking lot once all street parking is full.
PLEASE USE THE DANCER DROP-OFF/ PICKUP area on the street if you are just dropping your dancer off. DO NOT pull up the driveway and cause unnecessary extra traffic.
PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS DURING CLASS TIME. We have a beautiful, spacious parent’s lounge downstairs for you.
DRESS REHEARSAL/RECITAL: We always aim for the second Friday- Saturday in June for our annual Dance Recital at Whitehall HS. Please plan accordingly.

I, the undersigned, being aware of my child’s health and physical condition, and having knowledge that their participation in any exercise/dance/ cheer program may be injurious to their health, am voluntarily granting permission for my child to participate in said program.
Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents, and successors of Center Stage Dance from liability for accidental injury or illness which my child may incur as a result of participating in said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected there with and give my consent for my child to participate in said program.
I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my child’s ability to participate in said physical activity.
