Registration fee is due upon registration. No spot will be held without the registration fee paid in full.
Recital fee is due by December 1st. By registration I am agreeing for my child to attend dance classes at A Time to Dance facility. I understand that ATTD will not cover any medical fees assumed by injury or illness on it’s premises nor by its programs. I consent to pay fees on time or my student will be dismissed from the program. I agree my behavior and my child's behavior will be professional and appropriate at all times. Any display of physical violence or verbal abuse will result in immediate dismissal from the program. I allow my child's picture to be taken and used on social media or in promotional products. I understand that no refunds will be given at any time. By quitting the program I authorize my payment to be allocated to the scholarship fund. In case of dropping a class the parent agrees to give ATTD 30 days notice in writing. No refunds will be given in failure to send a written notice. I understand that it is my responsibility to drop the class or classes and I will continue to be responsible for tuition until I have done so.
