You must be over 18 to register for an account.

I understand that the ONE TIME COST associated with the classes includes the entire semester. Recreational classes will NOT BE CHARGED MONTHLY TUITION.

I give my permission for my child(ren) to participate in Little Steps Dance and Gymnastics classes. I am signing this to state that I will not hold Little Steps Dance and Gymnastics studio or their coaches responsible for any injuries occurred during the time my child is at Little Steps. I am aware of the risks involved in this and take complete and full responsibility for my child.

I agree to pay the stated amount for each intensive class/camp, or the monthly fee associated with the class. I understand that I will be held accountable for this amount for the duration of this session. I am aware that if my bill is not paid by the end of this session, I am not allowed to sign up again until my bill is paid current. I also understand that each class has a required minimum number of students needed for the class to start.

I also agree to let Little Steps Dance & Gymnastics use pictures and videos of my child for promotional purposes.
