Collective Arts Center requires you to be over 18 to create an account. Please check the box below.

Monthly tuition rates are set based on a ten month schedule and with an average of four classes per month during the school season. Make-up classes are not issued for holiday closures. Tuition is not prorated during the times that we are closed, nor do we charge extra if you receive five weeks of classes in a month. Should the Collective Arts Center LLC need to close for bad weather you will be notified. We follow the CFBISD school calendar for the school season schedule and inclement/winter weather closures.

Make-up class must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Make-up classes are available if you or your child misses class due to illness or scheduling conflicts, please contact the office to schedule. Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same month of the missed class. We cannot guarantee make-up class availability. Make-up classes are not offered for summer season classes, team classes, or group rehearsals. Private lessons must be canceled before 24 hours, if canceled within 24 hours you will still be responsible for paying the fee. Private lessons can be rescheduled based on instructor and studio space availability.

Drop class and cancelation require written communication by the 15th of the preceding month. Please request the Drop Notice Form from the office. This notice must be given by an adult and must be given to the office staff b the 15th of the preceding month. If we do not have a viable notice with the office staff, you will be responsible for payment of the class.

For safety reasons we require all students to dress appropriately to participate. All participants must wear athletic clothing with no buttons, zippers, belts, buckles, or spas, and long hair must be pulled back.. No jewelry and no smart watches. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Regular shoes should never be worn into a studio or classroom. Please make sure to remove shoes and place them in the cubbies available to students. More detailed dress code information is available for specific dance classes. For dance students a cover up is required when entering and exiting the building, a student should never walk outside in just their dance attire or dance shoes.

Child pick up policy: For your child's safety all students are required to wait in the lobby for their guardian to pick them up after class. Under no circumstances may a child go outside of the doors to look for their parents. As a courtesy to our staff and other students please pick up your child on time so as to not delay the start of the next program. The Collective Arts Center LLC wants to provide the best experience for all participants so please communicate all questions and concerns immediately to the office, staff, or the director. If need be please leave a message. DISCOUNTS for school season classes only (August-May): CFBISD employees receive a 10% discount. Sibling discounts: first sibling 15%, second sibling 30%

I hereby consent to my child's and my own participation in the Collective Arts Center LLC classes including but not limited to dance, art, music, theatre, and fitness. I represent that I understand the nature and rigor of the program and its activities. The participant is in good health and proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe or if the participant is unable to perform the activities safely that I and the participant will immediately discontinue participation in the activity.

I fully acknowledge, understand, and agree that this activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the releasees named below. That there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages the participant incurs as a result of participation in the activity. I further acknowledge, understand, and agree that participation may result in possible exposure to illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for participation and exposure. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue your business, it's administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, employees, contractors, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises on which the activity takes place (each considered one of the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, On my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the RELEASEES, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as a result of such a claim.

I consent to photos, videos of my child/children and/or myself to be used in any promotional advertisement by the Collective Arts Center LLC. I have read the Liability and Assumption of Risk waiver and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

I, herby covenant and promise that I am the minor's parent and/or legal guardian, and on behalf of myself and the minor, understand the nature of the above referenced activities and the minor's experience and capabilities and believe the minor and/or myself to be qualified to participate in such activity. I further understand the risk of exposure to injury and/or infections diseases, for myself and my child, as a participant, spectator at events, classes or our presence at the Collective Arts Center LLC. I hold harmless each of the RELEASEES from all liability, claims, demands losses or damages on the minor's or my account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise, including, nut not limited to injury, negligent rescue operations, and/or exposure to infectious diseases and I further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor's behalf makes a claim against the above RELEASEES, I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost which any RELEASEE may incur as a result of any such claim.

If your child or self has a fever, coughing, vomiting, a rash, diarrhea or any mucus from eyes, nose or mouth we require that your child not attend class until symptoms have subsided. In addition, if your child or self was sent home from school or the workplace within 24 hours of instruction, we ask that the participant stays home. For the health and safety of you and your children and the other students, we do require that you and your child be fever free for 24 hours before returning the the Collective Arts Center LLC.

Collective Arts Center LLC reserves the right to the following tuition policies. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month (i.g September tuition is due September 1st). Camp, master class, workshop, daily class, and master class tuition is due prior to the class. Tuition can be paid ONLINE with a convenience fee or in person by cash or check to Collective Arts Center. A $15 late fee will be incurred if tuition is not paid by the 7th of the month for monthly classes. (ALL TUITION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE) Auto-Pay is available. Please fill out your credit card information in the parent portal for Auto-Pay.

Annual Registration Fees are charged for monthly classes during the school season (August-May). The annual registration fee is $30 for the first student and $45 per family. This is a NONREFUNDABLE fee and is due upon initial enrollment during the school season (August-May). Classes during the summer season (June-July) do not have registration fees.
