Studio Phoenix Dance charges tuition per term. Families may choose how tuition is paid using one of the options below.

Paying Tuition Upfront
Families may choose to pay the full term tuition upfront. Upfront tuition must be paid within 14 days of the term invoice being issued.
If upfront tuition is not paid within this timeframe, a late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be automatically applied.

Paying Tuition via Auto-Pay (Monthly Instalments)
Families may choose to pay term tuition via monthly Auto-Pay instalments. Auto-Pay charges are processed automatically to the nominated card or bank account until the outstanding balance is paid in full. No separate monthly invoices are issued.

If an Auto-Pay instalment fails, the account holder will be notified and asked to update payment details. If the failed instalment is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a $10 Auto-Pay instalment failure fee may be applied.

Opting out of Auto-Pay does not remove the obligation to pay any outstanding balance in accordance with studio payment terms.
