I am fully aware of my dancer's personal medical condition and hereby certify that they are mentally and physically fit to participate in the classes for which I have registered and that I have medical coverage or personal means to cover the expenses related to any injury that they might receive as a result of their participation. I further understand that RMDC is not liable for lost or damaged items left at the studio or any studio related event.
Tuition: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50 for all new dancers; this along with your first month's tuition is due when signing up for your new classes. Attendance: Attendance plays a vital part in how well you or your child will progress in dancing. As a child, it can be frustrating to fall behind and frustrating to the rest of their classmates and teachers if there are excessive absences. Please make every effort to be in class and to notify the studio by email if a student must miss a class. Make-ups classes can and should be taken. Please see the front desk for the appropriate make-up classes for your dancer. Credit is not given for absences.
Class Changes: If a dancer finds it necessary to drop a class, please notify the front desk in writing via email. If a dancer chooses to change classes mid-month, we will pro-rate the remaining tuition balance for the next month.
Dress Attire: We do enforce a DRESS CODE. To “look like a dancer†encourages one to conduct oneself like a dancer. Students not dressed according to the dress code will not be permitted to take classes. Please check the dress codes for your dancer’s class. There will be no gum chewing, eating, or drinking in the dance studios. Water and snacks are allowed to be kept by the students in the break room only. No jewelry is to be worn for safety reasons and the studio will not be responsible for damage or loss. Hair must be secured away from face and neck for all classes. Buns must be worn in ballet classes. Please label all of your dance items with student’s name.

Arriving and Departing: All students are requested to arrive on time for their lesson. While on the premises of the studio, students and siblings should conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. If parents wish to leave their dancers at the studio for classes then proper behavior can and will be enforced. The studio and office are not play areas, please use the waiting room for quiet activities. Parents will be held responsible for fixing or replacing any vandalism of studio property caused by their dancer.
Spring and Winter Recital: For each recital there is a $50 recital fee PER FAMILY, not per dancer. With this fee you will receive 2 free tickets. All dancers must be current in tuition, costume payments, and fees in order to be eligible to perform in any Recital. If your dancer WILL NOT be participating in a show, please inform the front desk and the teacher immediately. Dancer costumes must be paid in full by due date posted for each performance.
