- All correspondence is via email; therefore, email address is required in order to complete
registration
- A valid credit card is required for registration and continued enrollment at The Pointe.
- A non-refundable registration fee and the 1st month's tuition MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO
SECURE YOUR SPOT IN CLASS. THIS FEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO THE
CARD ON FILE UPON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
- We accept students ages 2 through adult. Our staff will assist in selecting a class that will suit
the student's goals and abilities
- TUITION IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THE 1st
DAY OF EACH MONTH (UNLESS PAID BY ALTERNATE MEANS PRIOR TO THE 1st). If
payment is NOT received prior to the 1st, your card on file WILL BE CHARGED ON THE 1st. If
account is past due for any reason, A $15 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED AND THE OVERDUE
BALANCE MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOUR DANCER MAY RETURN TO CLASS
- Classes are dependent upon enrollment. If you have signed up for a class that is changed or
canceled due to lack of enrollment, we will attempt to arrange an alternative
- There will be a $25 penalty charged for all returned checks
- There are NO refunds made for any reason
- Dancers withdrawing after September 5th and before December 5th forfeit any and all
costume and recital fees
- In cases of severe inclement weather, please call the studio, check our website or facebook
page for updates on canceled classes. STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND AN
ALTERNATIVE CLASS TO MAKE UP ANY LESSONS MISSED DUE TO INCLEMENT
WEATHER.
- Please notify The Pointe Dance Arts office IN WRITING if you wish to withdraw. Accounts will
continue to be charged tuition and costume fees unless a withdrawal notice is given IN
WRITING by the parent or legal guardian to The Pointe Dance Arts.
- Any account that requires collection of any sort will be responsible for all legal fees, collection
fees and penalties
ATTENDANCE POLICY & STUDIO GUIDELINES
- Excessive absences and/or tardiness may prevent a student from performing in our annual
recital.
- Makeup lessons are available. Inquire about the proper time for your child to make up any
classes missed.
- There are no discounts or refunds available for missed classes
- Students should arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to class in order to prepare
- Leave valuables at home. The Pointe Dance Arts cannot ensure the safety of these items
- Cell phones may not be brought in to dance rooms or left in the hallways outside of the dance
rooms
- Young dancers must be picked up by a parent INSIDE of the building. Young dancers may not
walk out to their parent's car
- Please ensure that your child is picked up no more than 10 minutes following the end of his or
her class time
REGISTRATION, TUITION, REFUND & WITHDRAWAL
- Your child MUST be able to use the restroom by him or herself if you choose to leave the
studio during his or her class
- ANY PARENT WISHING TO MEET WITH AN INSTRUCTOR MUST SCHEDULE AN
APPOINTMENT. TEACHERS CAN NOT MEET WITH PARENTS BETWEEN CLASSES
RECITAL , RECITAL COSTUME & DRESS CODE
- Please notify The Pointe Dance Arts office by October 1st if you do not wish to participate in
the recital
- Each student will pay for recital costumes in 4 monthly installments during the months of
September - December or pay the full costume amount by September 1st.
- Recital fees are due February 1st.
- Costume refunds are not available for any reason
- Dancers withdrawing after September 5th and before December 5th forfeit any and all
costume and recital fees
- All dancers must follow the dress code specified for their class

Food Allergy/Emergency Treatment
-I have notified the studio/teacher of any food allergies
-In case of a medical emergency and the parent, nor emergency contact can be reached, we
have permission to have your student medically treated
I understand that The Pointe Dance Arts is not responsible for any bodily injuries sustained
while on the premises or for loss or damages to any personal items brought on the premises by
students or their families and friends. In the event of an emergency, I hereby give The Pointe
Dance Arts authority to obtain necessary emergency medical treatment for my child in the event
of my absence, with the understanding that the family will be notified as soon as possible. The
family is responsible for any and all charges incurred for such treatment. I understand that The
Pointe Dance Arts reserves the right to refuse service. I have read all Policies and understand
and agree to all of the regulations, rules and requirements of The Pointe Dance Arts.
