Auto-Pay & Payment Authorization Agreement By enrolling in auto-pay, you authorize Limitless Dance Company / Limitless Performing Arts Academy (LPAA) to charge or withdraw any outstanding balances from the credit/debit card or ACH (bank account) on file. Payment Methods & Fees - Payments made by credit or debit card include a 3% convenience/surcharge fee. - Payments made by ACH (bank account), cash, check, or Venmo receive a 3% discount. If payment is not submitted prior to the scheduled due date, the card on file will be charged, and the 3% convenience/surcharge fee will apply. Tuition Billing Schedule Tuition is billed on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, beginning August 1st or August 15th, 2025 (or upon registration). The final tuition payment will be billed on June 1st or June 15th, 2026. Tuition is billed in four-week increments. All charges are processed using the payment method on file unless an approved alternate payment is submitted prior to the due date. Declined & Late Payments Any declined or returned payment will result in a $30 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee. Late tuition payments will incur a $30 late fee, plus $5 for every additional 5 days the balance remains unpaid. Competition Fees Competition entry fees follow the same payment and convenience/surcharge guidelines. Any late competition entry payments will incur a $40 late fee, plus $5 for every additional 5 days the balance remains unpaid. By enrolling in auto-pay, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
