*Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

*the starlight Academy or any of their staff can not be held liable for any loss or injury during the class.

*The starlight Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behavior.

* You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by leaving a note on your portal.

*You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change;

*Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

*You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 24 hours of the class.

*We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

*If there are any sessions missed sessions due to bad weather or staff absence, the Starlight Academy will offer a make-up session, or your portal will be credited.

*Classes renew automatically and we require one month's notice when dropping a class, this is due to the pro-rate payments

* although payments are monthly, they do not correlate to that one month- we take the total number of classes across the year and divide it across 12 monthly payments, this means whether a month is 2 weeks or 5 weeks you always pay the same

Please do not Park in Woods car park during the following hours,

Mon-Friday 9am-5pm
Saturdays 9am-12pm

Outside of these times parking is fine.

Please be considerate to other drivers and park in way people will still be able to drop of or turn around.
