This payment can be made with a check, cash, venmo, and pay pal. The studio is in the works of offering auto-pay through the website.
Accounts: To access your account you must log onto face book and go to the studio page and scroll down to details and click on the Dance Studio Pro link. There it will take you to a sign in screen where you will put your email address and the password that you have created if you do not remember this password and need the studio to send you a new link please let us know.
Attendance: Attendance is very important to the student and to the studio. Whenever a child misses class it does not allow the child to fully learn and retain everything they need to in a year. We do not give refunds for missed classes; therefore please make sure your child is in the classes that they have signed up for.
Dress Code: The dress code for each class changes. For each class the hair should be pulled back into a bun or pony tail and completely out of the dancers face. NO jewelry. We ask that you write your child's name or initials inside their shoes, in case they are left behind.
*Pony tails will be available for purchase at the studio for $0.25*

Dance Etiquette: There is to be no food or drink in the studio besides water. NO GUM. (Bottled water can be purchased at the studio for $1. If you would like to add money to your child account ahead of time you may do so.)
Students need to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to each class. Parents must bring their children into the studio and come into the studio to pick them up. Please try and be as punctual as possible because being late is distracting to the teachers and to the other students.
We ask that you please use the bathroom before class begins.

Videography & Photography: If you are to take pictures of your child make sure that there is no other students in the picture. There is to be no videos of your child’s recital dance posted online until after the recital. The studio ideas, choreography, and time with your children are valuable and should not be shared with the world until after recital is over.
Recital: Each year there will be a 2 day recital that showcases your child’s dances that they have learned over the year. They will perform their dances at both shows. The date for this event will be given ASAP.
Recital fee: The recital fee is $70 per family; which is a one-time payment that includes 2 parent tickets. This payment is due at the beginning of April, but of course can be paid prior to that month. Any other tickets will have to be purchase prior to the show or at the show itself. Your recital fee helps pay for the venue, lighting, technicians, and custodial work that may need done to keep the place clean and sanitized in between shows. The recital video and t-shirt will be an additional cost.
Insurance: We will not be providing insurance for our students. They must have their own private insurance in case of emergency or injury.
Terminating: If you no longer want to take a class or take dance period then you must let the studio know by the 25th of the month or tuition will still be charged for the following months until notified. It would also be greatly appreciated if the studio was notified when you are leaving therefore another student could join that class and fill that students spot in class.
Costume Information: After talking with our sales representative I realized that I needed to setup a costume payment plan that is more efficient. Below is chart to help guide you for your child’s class costume payment plan. You may pay this in full if you would like or use the payment plan that I have designed for you. Once the costumes have been decided and priced they will be added to your child’s account. The costumes will also be posted in the studio for parents and dancers to view. The date of their pictures will be given ASAP, but will more than likely be the beginning of May.
