By enrolling your dancer at Legacy Dance, you acknowledge that they are fit and healthy to participate in classes. While every measure is taken to create a safe learning environment, dance is a physical activity and injuries or accidents may occur. Legacy Dance accepts no liability for any injury, accident, or unforeseen event that may arise.

You also grant permission for Legacy Dance to use images and video of your dancer for studio-related promotional and educational purposes.

Please note that term fees are invoiced at the start of each term for the full term and must be paid before classes begin. Refunds are not offered if a dancer changes their mind about attending, or if a class is missed due to sickness or injury. In cases of ongoing illness or injury, a credit may be applied when a medical certificate is provided.
