By creating your account, you acknowledge that you have entered into an agreement with The North Dance Company (TNDC) under your own free will. You agree to read and follow all waivers and policies involved with the program. I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. I/we agree to release and hold harmless TNDC including its teachers, dancers, staff members and facilities used by TNDC from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we hereby agree to allow TNDC to use all video, photos and other
digital images for use in social media posts and any or all advertising. I/we will not hold TNDC liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes.

By registering with The North Dance Company you agree to follow all of our studio policies and will comply with all regulations set by TNDC and the Government in regards to COVID-19
