You must be over 18 to register for an account.

Tuition is based on on a fixed price for the year divided into 9 equal payments due September through May and no month will be pro-rated. A registration fee of $40 is due once per season, per dancer and is paid with the first month’s tuition. No student can start classes before the registration fee and first month’s tuition is paid.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. There is a five-day grace period and all late payments received after the 5th day of the month will incur a Late Fee of $10 with no exceptions. Any account transaction returned for nonsufficient funds will be assessed an NSF fee of $25. Students who are not up-to-date with all payments, including tuition, costume, or performance fees, will not be allowed to participate in classes, rehearsals, or performances.
All registration fees, tuition, costume fees, and performance fees are non-refundable once paid.

Participation in our Spring Performance is optional, but dancers who do not plan to perform must provide written notice to the studio via email (info@arabesqueballettheater.com) by November 1, 2027. Fees for dancers participating in our spring performance include: (1) a $160 stage fee per dancer - which includes a performance t-shirt, and (2) a costume fee of $125 for each dance in which the student is performing. The stage fee will be charged on November 15, 2026, and costume fees will be charged on February 1, 2027.

Each student is expected to be in uniform for each class. Students should have neat hair with no jewelry except small stud earrings and no visible body markings. Required uniform items can be purchased at Buzy Bodies in Mandeville.
Ladies: Hair in a bun. No hair accessories. Ladies are to wear pink ballet tights, and pink CANVAS ballet shoes with the leotard and skirt required by level (see website for details). No undergarments should be visible under the required uniform, including sports bras - only dance bras in nude colors are allowed under leotards.
Gentlemen: White or black plain T-shirt and black, comfortable athletic pants, black canvas ballet shoes.

Each student is expected to be on time. Students or parents are expected to notify the office if the student will be late for class. Students may not enter class late or leave class without permission from the instructor. A student who arrives more than ten minutes late may be required to sit and observe class.
Absences should be reported to the Arabesque office by email, info@arabesqueballettheater.com, prior to the class for which the student was scheduled to attend to accurately track attendance. Tuition payments are due regardless of absences, including vacations or illness. If a student is unable to take class due to injury, the student is expected to observe classes and rehearsals and to take notes.
Arabesque follows the St. Tammany Parish Public School system regarding weather related closings. A school wide email will be sent out when the school is closed.
While absences may occur for many reasons, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER MAKE-UP CLASSES due to class absences or weather closures.

Arabesque provides a nurturing learning environment with high-quality training and limited class sizes that allow students to learn with individual attention. Each student is expected to approach all classes with enthusiasm and the desire to learn. Students should maintain an open and responsive attitude and apply all corrections given in class and rehearsals. All students are expected to be respectful to teacher(s) and their fellow dancers. Rude remarks, bullying, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and can be grounds for dismissal from class. Repeated behavior issues can be grounds for dismissal from the program. If a student is dismissed on these grounds, tuition payments remain non-refundable and are due until the end of the withdrawal period
No running is allowed inside the studios or hallways. Students may only enter a studio with permission of a teacher, including when studios are empty/ do not have classes in progress.
The student study room is a designated quiet area FOR STUDENTS ONLY to have a place to complete homework or activities while waiting for their next class. Parents/non-dancers should remain in the front waiting area during classes. Students should be mindful of other dancers who need to have quiet study time and keep any non-study activities out of the area.

Parents should refrain from opening classroom studio doors while class is ongoing. Observation windows will be open periodically during the year but will be closed at the instructor’s discretion as needed during rehearsals or to help maintain student focus during class. Parents will be invited into class for observation days/class parties at the end of October, December, and April/May.

Withdrawing a student from class(es) requires written notice 30 days prior to the withdrawal date. Withdrawal notices can be sent to Arabesque via email (info@arabesqueballettheater.com), and the official date of the withdrawal will be set 30 days from the date the withdrawal notice is submitted. Failure to attend classes is not considered a withdrawal from the program or classes and tuition payments remain due until the effective date of withdrawal.

Age determines class placement, unless otherwise approved by the class teacher. In determining placement and performing roles, any decisions of the Artistic Director or other staff are final.

Private lessons with ABTI teachers must be first scheduled with the instructor, pending studio and instructor availability. All private lessons will be billed through the parent portal and payment is due before the scheduled private. No shows or cancelations within 48 hours are not eligible for re-scheduling.

There is to be NO VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY taken by students, parents/guardians, or any other visitors at any time in Arabesque Ballet Theater facilities or at studio facilitated events without express permission of Arabesque Ballet Theater staff. This applies both inside the studios as well as in hallways & common areas. We would like to help facilitate each dancer's ability to concentrate and minimize distractions. Pictures are allowed only during coordinated observation days. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE ASK.

I HAVE READ ALL STUDIO POLICIES LISTED HEREIN AND AGREE THAT I AND MY DANCER WILL ADHERE TO ALL STUDIO POLICIES AS DESCRIBED. I understand that violation of any studio policies could result in removal from the school. I acknowledge that by registering and paying for any class, event, private lesson, or other activity of Arabesque Ballet Theater International, I agree to all studio policies and waivers. I understand that all tuition, registration fees, costume fees, and performance fees are non-refundable once paid.

I give full rights to Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC and its staff to use photos and video images of me or my child to use for promotional purposes of the Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC only. Photos and videos will be used in brochures, websites, advertisements, and other promotional material created by the studio. Photos may appear with or without names in press releases and other print advertising.

I hereby give permission for any and all medical attention to be administered to my child in the event of accident, injury, sickness, etc., under the direction of the physician listed in my registration information or at any necessary emergency facility, until such time as I may be contacted. I also assume the responsibility for the payment of any such treatment. This release is effective for the period of one year from the date of registration.

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me during any of Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, instructors, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damages, economical or emotional loss, illness, injury, death to me or my property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in or observation of any classes or activities conducted by Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, including traveling to and from related events or activities. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, instructors, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

In the event that any provision contained within this Release of Liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long as the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and enforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO AND FROM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS’ NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL, OR THE CONDITION OF THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN OR UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO, FROM AND DURING THIS ACTIVITY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM ENROLLING MY DANCER IN A PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HAVE AGREED THAT MY STUDENT IS IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND DOES NOT SUFFER FROM ANY DISABILITY THAT WOULD PREVENT OR LIMIT PARTICIPATION IN THIS DANCE PROGRAM. IF I AM SIGNING THIS WAIVER FOR MY CHILDREN, I CERTIFY THAT I AM THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO WAIVE THESE RIGHTS.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE ARABESQUE BALLET THEATER INTERNATIONAL, LLC, AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ARABESQUE BALLET THEATER INTERNATIONAL, LLC, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending classes or other activities at Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in or observing activities at Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with attendance at Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, its owners, members, instructors, volunteers, employees, agents, and representatives, of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, its owners, members, instructors, volunteers, employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Arabesque Ballet Theater International, LLC, activity.
