Tuition/Payments
The studio accepts cash, check, online credit/debit cards, and ACH payments.
Credit card payments made online via the Parent Portal will be subject to a 3.00% convenience fee
ACH payments made online via the Parent Portal will be subject to a 0.80% convenience fee.
All payments for registration, tuition & costumes are non-refundable.
All statements are available in the Wempners' School of Dance Parent Portal. No paper statements will be mailed or handed out unless
requested.
A registration fee ofn$20 for an individual or $35 for a family will be charged to the dancer's account at the time of
online registration. The registration fees may be paid online via the Parent Portal or
mailed to:

Tuition payments are made in four quarterly payments or one yearly payment.
A 5% discount will be applied to full-year tuition payments when paid in
full ON or BEFORE the 1st day of classes.
Please get in touch with Ann Kelly, Studio Owner, if you wish to take
advantage of the yearly discount.
Wempners' also offers a 5% family tuition discount.
A family is defined as two or more IMMEDIATE family members (Example: parent and child/children, or siblings).
Family discounts and yearly tuition discounts can be combined.
Please Note: Tuition is figured per student.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before enrolling in the
next dance season.

Quarterly tuition must be paid within 14 days of the due date. All late payments will result in a $20 late fee.
Dancers may be asked to sit and watch class until tuition is received.
No costumes will be sent home until student balances are paid in full.
The studio owner has the discretion to ask any family/dancer to enroll in
autopay as they deem appropriate due to delinquent or recurring late
payments.

Attendance
Wempners' appreciates contact when a student will be absent or late.

Teachers have the right to remove a dancer from a dance due to
excessive absences, especially after January when recital pieces are
being worked on. A phone call will be made to the parent/dancer in this
case.

Drop Off/Pick Up
All students ages 4 through 10 must be dropped off and picked up at dance school on the 3rd FLOOR. They may NOT be dropped off outside and left to enter the building unaccompanied or leave the 3rd floor after class alone. We highly suggest all other dancers wait on the 3rd floor for their rides (not in the 1st-floor lobby) and use the buddy system when leaving the dance school.
Please do not drop dancers off more than 15 minutes before their starting time.
We appreciate the promptness with dancer pick-up.

Class Cancellations
In the case of bad weather, all class cancellations will be posted on Sunny 97.7 and on our Facebook page. We will also send out a text
and email.
Dance classes will be canceled if the Fond du Lac public schools close
or have early dismissal due to weather.
Dance classes will not be refunded due to weather-related
closings.
Students may at any time attend a class of the same level to make up
for missed classes (if available).

Photography/Videography
Any photos or videos taken by Wempners' staff at the studio will be for
studio use only. This includes promotional materials, advertising, social
media accounts, and the studio's website.
If you would like to opt out of any studio photos, please change
that setting in your Parent Portal account.
Parents/guardians may take photos and videos of their dancers only.

Anti-Bullying
Wempners' School of Dance will NOT tolerate bullying in any form;
physical, emotional, social, or otherwise. Please report any bullying to a
Wempners' staff member immediately so it can be handled as soon as possible.
1st instance: Both the student/s and their Parent/Guardian will be asked to address the situation with the teacher and studio owner.
2nd instance: The student/s will be dismissed permanently from the school (no tuition refund)
