Cancellation Policy

TNT Extreme Dance Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following cancellation terms to accommodate your needs:

Cancellation Window: To cancel your enrollment for the upcoming month, notice must be provided between 14 and 30 days prior to the end of the current month.

Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the designated cancellation form on our website. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent once processed.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations received after the 14-day window may incur additional charges or will not be processed until the following month.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure smooth scheduling and planning for all participants.

Liability Waiver

This agreement releases TNT Extreme Dance and Staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on the premises of 18452 West Creek Drive or any other venue that requires the attendance of TNT Extreme Dancers. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold TNT Extreme Dance and Staff entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence brought on by my dancer and any one in my care at the time of visit at TNT Extreme Dance.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in all genres of dance offered at TNT Extreme Dance or any function outside of the studio that my dancer may attend. These include but are not limited to all injuries related to dance. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing/accepting this waiver I forfeit all right to bring a suit against TNT Extreme Dance and/or Staff for any reason. In return, I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
