Solo Flamenco Corporation's Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment of Risk:

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Solo Flamenco Corporation Dance classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Solo Flamenco Corporation, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Solo Flamenco Corporation.

I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Solo Flamenco Corporation, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

I understand that Solo Flamenco Corporation is not responsible for my child or other children under my supervision who are left unsupervised in the common areas and areas surrounding the dance studio and that Solo Flamenco Corporation will only be supervising my child when he or she is participating in scheduled dance activities, programs or instruction. I understand that Solo Flamenco Corporation is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen while I or my child is at or on Solo Flamenco Corporation property.

Permission is granted to Solo Flamenco Corporation to take and use photographs or videos of students for publicity purposes. Images and videos captured during our classes, rehearsals, or events by any party may not be used for business or publicity purposes without the written consent of Solo Flamenco Corporation.

- Students must come to classes with their full uniform (skirt, shoes, leotard) and hair neatly pulled back.

- Is not allowed to use accessories (bracelets, long earrings, necklaces) that interfere with the dance.

- Parents / guardians may not remain within the class area.

- The students must attend in a constant and timely manner to their classes to be able to participate in our events. (non-compulsory participation).

- Students who wish to participate in the studio's annual events must acquire a costume designated by the teacher, if necessary.

- Regular dance classes will be held from August to June and monthly payment is mandatory during this period. During the month of July, optional intensive
activities will be carried out.

- There will be no activities on holidays, which will be notified in advance to the students.

- If the student will not attend classes during any given month, it must be notified in writing to the administration before the new month starts (the notification can be
made via email, WhatsApp or SMS), in order to avoid being charged during that month; tuition fees are not refundable or transferable.

- A valid credit card or checking account must be on file, monthly installments will be charged on the first working day of the month, in the event the payment isn't successful and we don't receive the payment by the 5th of the month a late fee of $15 will be added to the due payment.

- All students must pay an annual enrollment fee at the beginning of the dance season.

- In case of missed classes due to student's responsibility, the studio is not in obligation to compensate them in other hours or offer discounts on the monthly payment.

- When the teacher considers it necessary, he / she will be able to plan special classes in different hours to the habitual ones to reinforce or practice some specific choreography. (These classes will not have additional costs).
