STUDIO DRESS CODE BALLET DRESS CODE: All Female students participating in a ballet class must wear a solid color leotard with tights. Pink tights are preferred. Pink leather or canvas ballet shoes must be worn on the feet. Ballet skirts and sweaters are allowed. Pre School female students may wear leotard with skirts/tutus attached. Male students should wear black pants or shorts, white tank or t-shirt, black ballet shoes. JAZZ/LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY/MUSICAL THEATRE DRESS CODE: All Female students participating in a jazz class are asked to wear a solid color leotard or other form fitted dance attire. Black, tan or pink tights are allowed. Jazz pants or Capri’s are permitted. Male students should wear sweatpants, dance pants or shorts with a t-shirt or tank top. Most classes do not use shoes. Tan/Black colored jazz boots or half sole shoes are permitted. TAP DRESS CODE: All Female students participating in a tap class are asked to wear a solid color leotard or other form fitted dance attire. Short athletic shorts, Capri pants or Jazz pants (above the ankle) or tights may be worn. Male students should wear sweatpants, dance pants or shorts with a t-shirt or tank top. Bloch “Mary Jane” style tap shoes for Pre-school, Kinder & Junior dancers. Black Oxford style tap shoes for Pre teen and Teen dancers. HIP HOP DRESS CODE: All students participating in a Hip Hop class may wear any casual clothing . NO SKIRTS, SHORT SHORTS OR JEANS. Clean tennis shoes. ACRO/ACRODANCE DRESS CODE: All Female students participating in a Acro class are asked to wear a solid color leotard or other form fitted dance/gymnastics attire. No skirts on leotards. Stirrup Tights are optional. Hair must be up, off the face in a low ponytail or French braid. Male students should wear shorts with tank top. NO JEWELRY!!! NO BAGGY CLOTHES. NO SHOES PLEASE.
