By signing up for classes, you are agreeing that you have read and understand all FBDC's policies.
Studio Policies Tuition FBDC regular dance season runs from September through May. Tuition is always due the first week of the month. Tuition should be paid on time. If tuition is late, there will be an added $5.00 late fee. There will be no refunds for enrollment fees or class fees. Tuition must be up to date in order to receive your student's costumes. Costumes are non-refundable. Past tuition All past tuition MUST be paid prior to signing up for your next season. Attendance Regular attendance to class is very important for the growth of your dancer and class as a whole. If your student must be absent from class, please notify the instructor. There will be no refunds for missed classes. If classes are cancelled due to weather or holidays, a make-up class will be scheduled. Class Cancellations If class is to be cancelled, the information will be posted on our Facebook page as well as sent out via Remind text. A make-up class will be scheduled for a later date. Liability Flower Box Dance Company is not liable for any illness or injury. Release of Media Unless informed otherwise, FBDC will consider pictures and videos to be used for social media and advertisment permissable. Class Behavior FBDC strives to make classes enjoyable & engaging to our students. Students and families will be treated with respect. It is important that your student give the same respect to our instructors. Students should make sure to pay attention during class and refrain from talking during learning time & performance time. Phones should be put away during class unless an emergency occurs. If your child must use their phone in class, please notify the instructor prior to class beginning. Please make your best effort to arrive on time & be ready for class. Communication FBDC uses various forms of communication. Please follow our Facebook page to stay up to date on studio information. We also use Remind text messages to communicate with each class. If you have a question for an instructor, please find a time to ask outside of classroom hours. Dance Recital At the end of our dance season, we celebrate with our annual recital. Dancers are not required to perform in recital; however, we highly encourage your participation. Costumes and Fees Costume & recital fees are in addition to monthly tuition. Costumes are ordered each year in November. Recital fees are due each year in March.
