You must be 18 years of age to register for an account.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Sanctuary Dance Company if my child(ren) will be absent from class. If my child misses three consecutive classes, the studio will make every effort to reach out and discuss their participation. While there may be a chance that their spot in the end-of-year Recital could be affected, I understand that my child will not be removed from a class without written confirmation from me. I appreciate the studio’s support and commitment to my dancer’s involvement throughout the season. I also understand that I am responsible for any remaining balances that may incur.

I truly value being a part of the Sanctuary Dance Company community and understand that, while life can bring unexpected changes, it is my responsibility to ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner. I understand that even if my dancer or family needs to step away from the studio mid-season, any remaining balances and payments will still be required.

I recognize that this policy helps maintain the quality of programs and supports our amazing Instructors, Faculty, and fellow dancers. I appreciate the understanding and cooperation of everyone in this community, and I know that the studio is always here to support me in any way possible.

I give Sanctuary Dance Company permission to use my child(ren) in the use of any promotional material to advertise for Sanctuary Dance Company. This can include but not be limited to any and all social media, advertisements, video material, posters and more.

I acknowledge that dance can be an inherently dangerous sport that can result in injuries from minor to severe. I understand and accept such risk upon registering for dance at Sanctuary Dance Company and will not hold the business, or any of the staff members, accountable in the event of such injury or death while in the care of Sanctuary Dance Company.
