By registering with Dance Expressions, I acknowledge that participation in dance, acrobatics, tumbling, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Dance Expressions, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, or studio events, except where prohibited by law.

I certify that my child is physically able to participate and authorize Dance Expressions staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I agree to follow all studio policies, including attendance, tuition, costume, recital, competition, and safety policies as outlined in the Parent Handbook, website, emails and Parent Portal. I understand that tuition and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Dance Expressions.

I also grant Dance Expressions permission to photograph and/or record my child during studio activities and to use these images or videos for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation, unless I notify the studio in writing.
