Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are a student here, It is understood that the student is enrolled for the entire semester. It is understood that classes at anytime are subject to be transitioned onto a virtual platform. No deductions, refunds or credits will be made for any reason, voluntary or involuntary. It is understood that this is a professional performing arts school and is for students who are committed to attending class. We do not offer refunds for any reason. By registering I am in agreement with these terms. Financial Aid Student Policy: Students who receive Financial Aid and Scholarships have an attendance requirement and are only permitted to miss one class maximum a semester. Students are also required to show up on time for class and behave in accordance to our studio etiquette. Students who receive Financial Aid but miss more than one class, show up late or are not properly prepared for or behaved in class, forfeit their financial aid. Liability Disclaimer: I understand that dancing, acting and dance/acting classes constitute social/athletic/physical activities and that injuries may occur. I am willing and able to accept full responsibility for myself and my child's safety and well-being. I understand that good dance training involves touching and adjustment of the student's body by the instructor. Acknowledging this, I nearby release and agree to hold harmless Lisa Graziano, Lisah Dance Co, LHG Creative and their teachers from any and all claims and liabilities, which may arise out of my child's participation. Photo & Video Waiver: LHG Creative will on occasion take photographs and videos in class and at performances. All of our performances are filmed and sent privately to the parents. If you wish for your child or yourself to not be in any photos or videos please email LisahDanceCo@gmail.com Prior to your child's first day of class. We will happily respect you and your child's privacy.
