Must be 18 or older to register a student

• Tuition is due monthly and must be paid on time. Accounts past due after the 15th will receive a late fee.

• All families are required to keep a valid payment method on file and maintain active autopay enrollment.

• No dancer may participate in class, rehearsals, competitions, pictures, or performances with an outstanding balance.

• Attendance matters. Excessive absences may result in removal from routines, formations, special parts, competitions, or performances.

• Competition dancers are expected to prioritize dance commitments. Missed rehearsals close to events may result in dancers sitting out routines.

• Arrive on time and fully prepared for class with proper dancewear, shoes, hair, and accessories.

• Dancers arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to observe class instead of participating.

• Hair must be secured and out of the face for every class.

• No gum, food, or drinks other than water inside dance rooms.

• Respect the studio, staff, dancers, parents, costumes, and property at all times.

• Negative behavior, bullying, gossip, disrespect, or poor sportsmanship from dancers or parents will not be tolerated.

• Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and other families at all times.

• Studio choreography, concepts, music edits, branding, and materials may not be copied or shared outside of JBHDC.

• Costumes, tuition, competition fees, convention fees, and showcase fees are non-refundable once ordered or processed.

• Competition placements, choreography decisions, casting, solos, trios, and routine assignments are at staff discretion.

• Cell phones should not be used during class unless approved by a teacher.

• Dancers are responsible for all personal belongings. JBHDC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Parents and dancers must stay informed through email, newsletters, BAND/text communication, and studio postings.

• Social media behavior matters. Any online negativity, drama, or disrespect connected to the studio may result in dismissal.

• We reserve the right to dismiss any student or family whose behavior does not align with the culture, expectations, and values of JBH Dance Company.

1. I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form,

2. I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by JBH Dance Company.

3. I/we agree to release and hold harmless JBH Dance Company including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold JBH Dance Company liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes.

4. I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by
JBH Dance Company.

5. I/we understand that JBH Dance Company is a licensed and insured business. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Owner, Director, Instructor or Staff member as soon as possible.
