To ensure clarity and a shared understanding, please read the following carefully. By completing enrolment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Enrolment Commitment
▪️Enrolment in the classes selected via the Parent Portal is confirmed for the remainder of the calendar year.
▪️To withdraw from a class, families must provide 21 days’ written notice to the studio administration.
▪️Withdrawal without notice will not release you from your financial, or troupe (for relevant students) obligations.
▪️In cases of injury, illness, or exceptional circumstances, a cancellation will be considered if medical documentation or relevant supporting evidence is provided.
2. Financial Responsibility
▪️You agree to remain financially responsible for all tuition fees and charges (costumes, exam entries, workshops, and events) associated with your child’s enrolment.
▪️Tuition fees are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined above.
▪️All fees are payable by the due dates listed in invoices or payment plans, as agreed by studio administration.
3. Attendance & Rehearsals
▪️Regular attendance is essential to your child’s progress, confidence, and enjoyment in dance.
▪️Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and, where relevant, rehearsals and performances.
▪️Consistent absence may affect class placement, performance opportunities, and progression.
4. Culture & Conduct
▪️The Studio International is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, families, and staff.
▪️We expect all parents, guardians, and students to uphold our values of kindness, respect, and professionalism.
▪️Any form of bullying, exclusion, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Media Consent
▪️The Studio International may photograph, film, or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for use in studio communications, training, and promotional materials (including social media, print, and online platforms).
▪️By enrolling, you consent to your child’s participation in such media unless you notify the studio in writing that you do not grant consent.
▪️Media will always be used respectfully and in alignment with our studio’s values.
6. Privacy Policy
▪️The Studio International respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through the Parent Portal and enrolment process.
▪️Information collected (including student details, medical information, and family contact details) will be used only for enrolment, class management, safety, billing, and communication purposes.
▪️Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for essential service providers (e.g., payment processing, insurance).
▪️You have the right to access and update your information at any time by contacting the studio administration.
7. Acknowledgement
By enrolling or re-enrolling your child:
1️⃣ You confirm you have read and understood this Waiver & Agreement.
2️⃣ You agree to abide by The Studio International’s policies, procedures, and cultural values.
3️⃣ You acknowledge that continued enrolment is subject to meeting these expectations.
