COSTUME FEES
Costume fees are divided into monthly payments so families do not have to pay one large lump sum. These payments are added to monthly tuition and continue throughout the season, allowing costumes to be paid in full before the end-of-year recital.
● Costume fees are $10 per costume, per month.
● Combo class costume fees are $20 per month because dancers receive two costumes (ballet and tap).
● All costume payments are non-refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
● Tuition is due on the first day of each month.
● Cash or check payments may be placed in the payment drop box in the parent lounge.
● Online payments must be made through the Studio-Pro parent portal.
● A $20 late fee will be added to accounts with an unpaid balance on the 20th of the month.
We understand unexpected circumstances may arise. Please email us before your payment is due if you need assistance.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Monthly tuition is based on an average of four classes per month. Some months may include five classes, while others may include three due to holidays or closures. Tuition remains the same each month.
Bean School of Dance does not require perfect attendance for recreational dancers. However, frequent absences may affect progress, placement, and recital participation.
CANCELED CLASSES AND MAKEUPS
● Instructor-canceled classes will be rescheduled or credited.
● No makeup classes are provided for holidays or weather closures.
● No refunds or credits are issued for student absences.
