I, the undersigned, give permission to Adaa Dance, LLC and/or parties designated by Adaa Dance, LLC to photograph/video me/my dancer and use such photograph(s)/video(s) in all forms of media, for any and all promotional purposes including advertising, display, audiovisual, exhibition, social media or editorial use.
TUITION
All families enrolled in monthly payment plans are required to enroll in Autopay; no exceptions will be made. Tuition is based on an annual rate, calculated from August through June. Monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of classes in a given month, as holidays and studio closures are already factored into the total. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes.
Classes with fewer than five enrolled students may be canceled, and affected students will be reassigned to another appropriate class.
ACCOUNT FREEZES
Account freezes for vacations are not permitted. We recognize that many families travel during December. If additional time off is needed beyond the studio’s scheduled winter break, it is the family’s responsibility to arrange make-up classes.
ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP CLASSES
Students may attend make-up classes for missed sessions, subject to availability, within 30 days of the absence. All make-up requests must be submitted via email and approved in advance by the Adaa team. If a class is at capacity, make-up requests may be denied. If a make-up class is not completed within 30 days, it will be forfeited.
Please note that frequent requests for multiple make-up classes may indicate that the current class schedule is not the right fit for the dancer.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted via email at least two weeks prior to the start of a new month. If notice is not received within this timeframe, you will be responsible for half of the upcoming month’s tuition. If tuition has already been charged at the time of withdrawal notice, no refunds will be issued. Tuition charges will continue until proper written notice is received via email.
COSTUMES AND RECITAL
Costume Fees: Every student that is enrolled in a class is expected to participate in the recital. Dance is a team activity. It is expected that when you register for a class, you will perform with your group at all rehearsals, competitions and recitals with the exception of unexpected absence due to illness or injury.
Costumes are required for each routine that a student will be performing in the year end recital. Costumes payment is due NO LATER than February 15th. Costume fees will be approximately $150-225 per costume. Competition Team costume rates are different.
Your ENTIRE account must be up-to-date with ALL payments in order to take your costumes home. This includes all tuition payments, costume fees, and late payments.
