NPSB is not responsible for accident or injury to student which occurs in the studio or on NPSB property. This includes family members, caretakers or friends of students.

NPSB is not responsible for injuries that may occur on our property. Parents (caregivers) are responsible for keeping themselves & their children safe.

NPSB reserves the right to use photos of students for publicity up to ten years after that student has left the school.

Recital costume fees are non-refundable. NPSB reserves the right to use costumes not used by a student for another student. It will be returned after the performances.
