Competition Fees: As stated in your competition contract, we may charge additional competition-related fees, which will be handled separately. You will receive advance notice of these charges via a competition fee schedule.
Communication: To send newsletters, updates, and any relevant information related to your dancer’s participation in our programs.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms of service, resolve disputes, and address any issues related to your enrollment or contract.

Collection Agencies: If an account is 90 days past due and the balance exceeds $250, we may refer your account to a third-party collection agency, as per the terms outlined in the AutoPay Agreement and Competition Contract.
