I/We understand that taking part in Acro and dance classes could result in some possible personal injury despite precautions taken by SWPT. I waive all rights to claim for any damages against SWPT and its staff. SWPT follows proper progressions for skills and has no intention of causing injury. By signing this release form, I/We (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any spaces at SWPT studios. I/We understand that certain Acro and dance skills require physical contact from staff to assist students with skills. I/We understand that consistent negative behaviour towards SWPT staff or students that jeopardises the name and reputation of SWPT could result in losing a place at SWPT with no refund for the current term given. I/We understand that long hair must be tied up for safety reasons. I/We understand that if you do not wish your child to be posted on any SWPT social media channels it is your responsibility to tick the correct box in your dance studio pro profile so that staff are aware. Please note that each family is required to pay a $20 registration fee to help cover the costs of admin.
