GENERAL TERMS
Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2026, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Demi Jean Dance is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.

To withdraw from a class, two weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided via email to Demi Jean Dance. Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than two weeks.

All classes are paid by Direct Debit on a fortnightly basis. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details via your Parent Portal by clicking ‘Enrol in Autopay>>’ on the homepage.

I understand that any payments made via the following methods will incur a transaction fee charged by the payment provider: Domestic Credit Cards 1.81% + $0.30 per transaction, International Cards 2.96% + $0.30 per transaction, and BECS (Direct Debit) 1.00% + $0.30 per transaction. Payments made via a Bank Account do not incur transaction fees.

MID-YEAR SHOWCASE
Mid-Year Showcase participation is presumed for all dancers, with detailed information and associated fees provided in mid Term 2. Any Mid-Year Showcase-related charges will be processed automatically via Direct Debit in Term 3. On the second Tuesday of Term 4 and are NON-REFUNDABLE unless written notice of non-participation is received within one week following the Showcase fee charge date.

END OF YEAR CONCERT
End of Year Concert participation is presumed for all dancers, with detailed concert information and associated fees provided toward the end of Term 3. All concert-related charges will be processed automatically via Direct Debit on the second Tuesday of Term 4 and are NON-REFUNDABLE unless written notice of non-participation is received within one week following the concert fee charge date (by the Tuesday of Week 3, Term 4).

PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS
Students will not be able to participate in any Demi Jean Dance events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account. Demi Jean Dance reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
