Every dancer will need to be respectful of all students and teachers. We will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse, including name calling or bullying by any student. If a student disrupts the safety of other students in the class, they will be asked to leave without refund. All students must also show respect to the property of others. At All About M.E and Dance LLC we pride ourselves on promoting positivity, confidence, and self-expression. We will not tolerate any rude behavior from student to student or student to teacher.
Any intentional damage to or theft of such property or class equipment will not be tolerated and could result in the student's dismissal from class without refund. All AAME teachers will make sure the classroom is a safe environment by upholding these rules and regulations. If a student does not abide by these rules, they may be asked to discontinue dance classes until they can use appropriate behavior without a refund. At any time, we reserve the right to refuse service based on the above mentioned.
We understand that cellphones may be necessary for you to communicate with your child; we ask that cellphones be silenced or on vibrate during classes. This will ensure your child is getting the most out of their lessons and is not distracted. Please contact your child's teacher in event of an emergency.

At various points during the season we like to attend field trips to shows, conventions, etc.

I certify that I am the parent/guardian of the above named student attending All About M.E and Dance
2025 Summer Dance Session. All About M.E and Dance LLC has my full permission to allow my
child to attend a field trip traveling by any transportation provided by the studio on the streets and public
highways including cars, bus, passenger vans, public transport, etc. I agree to hold harmless and release from liability All About M.E and Dance LLC or any
employee or representative thereof, for any action, claim, or damage that may arise as a result of my
child's participation. In the event my child needs emergency or medical treatment, every attempt will be
made to contact us, the parent/guardian. In the event I/we cannot be contacted, my authorized
signature below gives my/our permission for All About M.E and Dance LLC to secure prompt treatment. I
understand I am responsible for providing my insurance for any medical fees that may arise. If I/we do
not have insurance, I am responsible for the full amount of payment due to cover my child's medical
expenses.

Observation Policy: Dancers are to be dropped off at the door for class. For the safety of all, parents/guardians are not permitted to sit in during classes unless otherwise noted. We ask parents/family to come back and pick up their dancer up at the end of the class. Thank you!

We are located between the Hollywood Tans and Massoni's. Please park in a parking spot and walk your dancer to our door. Avoid parking in front of the dance door and blocking the flow of traffic where necessary. Thank you for your cooperation!

Optional information may be requested to help us better understand our customers and is used only as needed for studio business. The All About M.E and Dance LLC management personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the studio business. All About M.E and Dance LLC will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) as needed for studio business; (ii) at your written request; (iii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process, and in that case and if it is legally permitted, we will notify you before disclosing it; or (iv) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public. Release from Liability
I hereby agree to assume all risks attendant upon myself and/or my child while participating in any class at All About M.E and Dance LLC. I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I or my child may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me or my child, as a result of my child’s participation in any class at All About M.E and Dance LLC. I agree to save and hold harmless from liability All About M.E and Dance LLC. and any of their teachers or volunteers by reason of death, injury or damages to persons or property, which my child or I may suffer while participating in class or any other All About M.E and Dance LLC activity/event.

Risks Related to Dance and Property
All About ME and Dance LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained while under our supervision. I understand that performing arts activities such as dancing, can cause injuries and I will not hold All About ME and Dance LLC or its members responsible if any injuries are sustained. I certify that the participant is in good health and that he/she has no physical limitations which would preclude him/her from the safe use of the facilities and equipment related to the programs offered by All About M.E and Dance LLC and that I/we have sufficient health, accident and liability insurance to cover any Damages that may result as a result of my/our child participating in the programs, and if I/we have no such insurance, I/we certify that I/we am/are capable of personally paying for any and all such Damages. I agree that All About ME and Dance LLC is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged while under the supervision of All About ME and Dance LLC. Please keep all valuables at home.

Summer Dance hours are from 9:00 - 4:00pm. Timely pick up and drop off is essential to respect staff member's hours. Campers may be dropped off as early as 8:50am and picked up as late as 4:10pm. Arriving earlier than 8:50am will result in a $10 fee. Picking up after 4:10pm will result in a $10 fee. Balances on your account will need to be paid before returning to camp the following day.

1. Activity fees and registration fee are due at the time of registration to hold your camper's spot. We begin purchasing your camper's necessities such as their t-shirt, activities, and more. These fees are non refundable. Should you choose to not attend camp, your activity and registration fee is forfeited.

2. The tuition balance is due on/by June 1st, 2024. Registering on or after June1st, 2024 will result in full balance being due at time of registration. Failure to pay camp fees by their due dates may result in releasing of the camper's spot.

3. Refund Policy: There are no refunds processed for registration and activity fees. Should you register and decide not to continue with summer dance, you forfeit your these fees collected upon registrations. You are able to select as many or as few weeks to attend as possible. Please only select and pay for the weeks you are sure your camper will attend. If you pay your balance prior to April 30th, 2024 you will be entitled to the balance refunded:
-Up until April 29th, 2024: Activity fee and registration fee forfeited, 100% of the remaining balance paid returned.
-April 30th - May 15th, 2024: Activity fee and registration fee forfeited, 50% of the remaining balance paid returned.
-May 15th, 2024 and beyond: Activity fee, registration fee and any payment made is non refundable at this time.

4. Payment: All payments will be made digitally via the parent portal. You are responsible to log back in and make payments by their due dates. You are welcome to log in and make small payments up until the due date. When making payment, select "other" and enter the amount you would like to pay if choosing not to pay the full balance at once.

Summer Dress Code
During the Summer session female dancers are permitted to wear any color leotard of their choice. Bottoms permitted are convertible tights (any color), leggings, or dancer shorts.
Male dancers may wear t-shirt and sweat pants or gym shorts.

Dance shoes are not required during Summer sessions as dancers will learn a variety of dance techniques and skills in a short period of time; we will not require the purchasing of dance shoes for Summer.


Media Use
I understand and agree that All About M.E and Dance LLC reserves the right to take and use videos and photos of participants, free of charge, to be used for publicity purposes in All About M.E and Dance LLC's dance and/or modeling programs and/or other media publications.
