- Monthly tuition and competition fee (if applicable) payments are due the 1st of each month. $15.00 late fee will accrue on each account if not paid by the 7th of the month. There will be a $30 fee for returned checks. Costume payments are non-refundable. - I understand that there will be no refunds or credits for missed classes. - All balances including costumes, tuition, and competition costs must be paid before receiving your child’s costumes. - Elite Dance force is not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Please put your name on all belongings. - I have read, understand, and agree to the rules and regulations of the Elite Dance Force Policy Handbook. - I agree to notify the studio if withdrawing from a class or classes and understand that I am responsible for the tuition until the date of notification.
