REFUND POLICY
It is highly recommended that students try a class for one month before withdrawing.
Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
Classes attended will be deducted.
No refund will be issued for missed classes.
TUITION
Automatic payments are taken by credit card on the 1st of every month from
October to April (7 instalments).
New information regarding a lost or stolen credit card, a replacement card, insufficient funds, or an expiry date change should be provided to us.
Should a payment fail, our system will automatically retry to process the payment 3 more times.
If the payment does not successfully go through after the third time, the payment plan will be cancelled and your account will be subject to a $15 administration fee.
NEW!
You may PAUSE your monthly instalment for a maximum of 2 months in the session.This new policy is only valid through February and March, if you are unable to attend classes for an extended period of time (i.e. long vacations, ski season, etc.). Once you have selected the entire month you would like to pause, you are choosing to forgo all classes in that calendar month. Classes for your child will resume the first of the following month, as will payments.
(If your child will be missing less than a month's worth of classes,feel free to contact us to see when you can make up for those lost classes.)
DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE
There will be a $50 +tax, non-refundable deposit to be paid upon registration to reserve your child’s spot in the class. The maximum family registration is $100 +tax. This fee is deducted from the season's total tuition.
CLASS TRIALS
Students are welcomed to try any class before registering.
Email us at info.ouest@tyleranne.com to schedule a trial class or go to your parent portal to schedule one.
REFUNDS
As mentioned above, the $50 +tax deposit is non-refundable.
Payments are taken monthly (Oct 1 - April 1) for the entire session, which runs from September to May.
Should you wish to withdraw from a class, your account will be updated to reflect the number of classes that have taken place prior to your cancellation, and we will ensure that payment has only been made for those classes. If you have over-paid at the point of withdrawal, then a refund will be issued for the surplus, and vice-versa. Please note that non-attendance does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

Should government restrictions prevent us from continuing in-person activities, account credits will be applied for the classes not completed.
No refunds will be issued in this situation.
LATE REGISTRATION
New students are welcome year-round. The $50 +tax registration fee is required upon registration and payments will be prorated accordingly. Students who register after February 1st may be subjected to late fees, as year-end costumes will have been ordered by then.
SHOW SESSION FEE
For the year-end show, students registered in any of our programs (with the exclusion of 18-24 month old classes and Creative Movement classes), 1 instalment of $129 will be charged to your account on the 15th of February. This includes a year-end show costume, a high-definition recording of the show and a group photo.
An opt-out period will be allocated for all those who chose not to participate in the year-end show.
As long as families opt-out by email or phone by FEBRUARY 1ST, no payment will be taken.
Late fees of $25 will be applied if any of the payments are declined and not made in full by February 20th. There are no exceptions to this rule. Furthermore, if tuition payments are not up to date we reserve the right to hold your child's costume.

I agree to the Show Session Fee for $129+tax for the end of the year show.
I understand that there is a chance that siblings may not be in the same show at the end of the year. We do try our best.
Costumes are subject to change, depending on vendor availability and/or delivery time. Alterations may be needed at parents expense.
RELEASE: I hereby release Tyler Anne Center, all program staff and/or any other persons involved with the direction and organization, from all claims and liability for damages arising from accidents or injuries which are caused by or arise from participation of my child, named on this form, in any facility or at any facility where Tyler Anne Center programs are being held.
If there is a discipline or behavioral problem with a student, the parent/guardian will be asked to meet with the instructor. If the problem continues, the director has the right to expel a student from the program with no refund of fees.
I agree to the use of any photographs and/or video footage of my child for advertising, promotional and publicity purpose for Tyler Anne Center. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please accept the waiver and email us at info.ouest@tyleranne.com upon registration.

DÉCHARGE : Par la présente, je dégage le Centre Tyler Anne, tout le personnel du programme et/ou toute autre personne impliquée dans la direction et l'organisation, de toute réclamation et responsabilité pour des dommages résultant d'accidents ou de blessures causés par ou résultant de la participation de mon enfant, nommé sur ce formulaire, dans tout établissement ou dans tout établissement où les programmes du Centre Tyler Anne se déroulent.
En cas de problème de discipline ou de comportement d'un élève, le parent/tuteur sera invité à rencontrer l'instructeur. Si le problème persiste, le directeur a le droit d'expulser l'élève du programme sans remboursement des frais.
J'accepte l'utilisation de toute photographie et/ou vidéo de mon enfant à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles pour le Centre Tyler Anne.
