FALL/SPRING SEASON CLASSES- -Tuition is based on a 10 month season fee and billed in 10 equal installments (regardless of # of classes in a month). First payment will be on August 1st and last payment on May 1st. First months tuition will also be collected. If registering mid-season or mid-month, my tuition may be prorated. -There is $119 non-refundable registration fee for all students registering for the Fall/Spring season (EXCEPT: Ashley's Contemporary, Dance Fusion Fitness, & Dance Conditioning). This covers participation in both performances (see performance info). -If I wish to withdraw from a class, I must provide 30 days (4 class) written email notice to NHDA. I am responsible for class payments 30 days after the notice is given. -After March 1st, students are no longer able to withdraw from the season as we are unable to fill their spot at that point of the season. SHORT COURSES & POP UP CLASSES -The entire course fee will be paid upon time of enrollment to secure your spot -The fee is non refundable -If you withdraw at least 7 days prior to class start date, the fee can be used as a credit for future classes SUMMER CLASSES -For pop-ups, fee will paid upon time of enrollment to secure your spot. If you withdraw by May 1, 2026 the fee can be used as a credit for future classes -For June classes, fee will be charged to your card on file on June 1st. In order to withdraw from a class, it must be done by May 1st, 2026 (30 days notice). -For July classes, fee will be charged to your card on file on July 1st. In order to withdraw from a class it must be done by June 1st, 2026 (30 days notice). -Fees are non refundable
-No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed. Make-up classes will be accommodated if available -The school reserves the right to alter class schedules, for any reason either temporarily or permanent, without fault. If so, students will be notified as soon as possible and if applicable, offered alternate class options. -If NHDA has to cancel a class during a season (due to teacher illness, etc.), and is not able to reschedule the class, I will receive a credit on your account for the missed class. NHDA may also opt to temporarily move classes to a virtual option, should there be a concern of covid exposure. -All classes have a dress code for students which they must follow. View them at newheightsdancetampa.com/policies -Students are expected to follow proper classroom behavior and etiquette. Disrespect towards other students or teachers will not be tolerated. NHDA has a zero tolerance policy for bullying, racism, or any form of othering. -Failure to follow dress code or class etiquette may result in student being asked to sit out or leave class -Parents or family members are expected to drop off and pick up their student within 10 minutes of class time. -Parents or family members should not enter the classroom during class time (except for Plie' & Play class). They may wait on our patio or in the lobby, or may leave and come back at pick up time. -If there are any parental custody agreements that may be relevant to the student's experience at the studio, that information should be provided by email to newheightsdancetampa@gmail.com -By signing up I agree to opt in to receive emails about class and studio updates
I understand that: 1. The student will be participating in physical activity, and as such, I realize there is an element of physical risk involved. 2. Any limitation in ability to participate due to any medical conditions past or present must be noted on your account. 3. I will not hold the school responsible for any injury or situation arising from any injury either directly or indirectly. 4. In the event of an accident, the account name will be notified first. If the school is unsuccessful in contacting the name, they will call the person I have designated as an emergency contact. In the event neither contact can be reached, I grant the school to act as guardian for my child and administer whatever first aid is required. 5. That all medical expenses incurred will be at my own expense. 6. That in the event of any dispute between the school and myself, I agree to pay all expenses, including but not limited to legal fees and court costs, incurred by the school.
I understand that: 1. All recordings and photos including but not limited to video, audio, and still pictures of classes, demonstrations, & live streams, remain the property of the school with all rights of ownership retained by the school. 2. I understand that these videos/images may be posted on social media, the school website, or used in advertising. If I have concerns about me or my child's likeness being used in advertising purposes I will e-mail newheightsdancetampa@gmail.com to address any concerns and the studio will make the appropriate accommodations.
