I___________________, the parent of a SEDA student accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur while attending S.E.D.A I will not hold Sunni Russell her staff or S.E.D.A responsible for any injury or accident occurring while attending S.E.D.A. I also understand that I am responsible for paying full monthly tuition, costume payments, and recital fee payments on time . Tuition not paid by 10th of each month will result in a $10 late fee. I also acknowledge that NO costume deposits are refundable, if my child stops taking dancing before costumes have been order I will not receive a costume or refund. I understand that no food or drinks other then water are allowed in the studio.I have read , understand, and agree with the above release.2023-2024
