All dance levels will have a set dress code for classes. We have at least one "open dress" or theme day per month where they can wear what they like! And it is important that our students reflect the standards of dance that we teach. You will receive a student handbook with a list of the clothing and shoe items needed for classes! This is a learning and growing environment, and this will keep us prepared to dance and improve. We appreciate your support and excitement for the new things ahead of us this year!
The combo class level your child is put in will be determined by our staff. For classes like hip-hop, competition teams, and acro/tumbling, you can select them on the registration form, or parent portal. These extra classes can be taken in addition to regular dance, or on their own.
FOR DANCE - All Dance classes (excluding Circus Arts, non-recital, or adult dance classes) are a year-long commitment from the day you register for class, until the conclusion of the recital. These classes are a membership for the entire year and cannot be dropped. By registering for dance class you are committed to being in attendance for class and agree to pay tuition and other fees owed from the day you register, until the conclusion of the seasons recital, including any past due balances after the season ends. FOR - Circus Arts, adult dance classes Registration in these classes is broken up into 2 semesters. The Fall/Winter semester, and Winter/Spring semester. The commitment to attending class and tuition/fee payments for the fall/winter semester is from August 2025 to December 2025. The commitment to attending class and tuition/fee payments for the winter/spring semester is from January 2026 to June 2026. This includes any past due balances after the semester ends. As with the majority of dance studios in our area, making tuition and fee payments are required for the entirety of the class, semester, or season you sign up for and cannot be dropped. Classes may be dropped if a special circumstance arises and is at the discretion of the studio.
I agree to have my/my child's likeness and image used in pictures, videos, and audio recordings for the purposes of studio advertisement. This includes but is not limited to social media posting, websites, emails, flyers, business cards, etc. I understand that if I "opt out" my/my child's image may be blurred or block out of group pictures, videos, or other material posted by the studio online. I understand that this does not apply to recordings of public dance recitals and performances.
I understand that by me/my child participating in classes or events can result in injury or sickness. I will not hold the studio owners, teachers, volunteers,etc. responsible for any injury or sickness that may occur. I will consult with my Doctor if necessary to determine my ability to participate in classes or events.
All students are required to be enrolled in auto-pay. Tuition is due and runs on the 1st of each month from August 2025-June 2026. You can choose another payment option (cash or check) IF you pay before the 1st of the month. A $10 late fee may be added once a balance is past due for more than 10 days. Registration, Costumes, Tuition, and other fees are non-refundable, but may be refunded due to special circumstance. We reserve the right to refuse service when an account balance is unresolved. ONLY tuition will be charged through auto-pay. Other fees will be posted to your account to be paid manually by you before or on the due date.
