Terms and Conditions 1. I understand all missed lessons incur their normal tuition however, if a student is absent from their weekly class, I can arrange a make-up lesson through the studios website groovedance.com.au 2. I understand payments are due regardless of the student's attendance in enrolled classes, and refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Make-up lessons serve the purpose of catch-up classes. 3. I understand if a scheduled lesson falls on a public holiday, normal weekly fees will be due and a student can arrange to take an alternative lesson on a different day to not miss out on their learning. Over the Christmas School holidays Groove Dance and Cheerleading will close for a couple of weeks for the Christmas and New Years period where tuition will be paused. 4. I understand to be enrolled at Groove Dance and Cheerleading I must be signed up to Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) and be up to date with all account fees. 5. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading will not pay my late fees or Direct Debit Dishonour fees. 6. I understand that if a student changes classes, that notification must be given via email to enquiries@groovedance.com.au so that my direct debits and invoice can be adjusted accordingly and I agree to pay until the email has been received. 7. I understand that I must give 8 days notice if leaving. Groove Dance and Cheerleading must be notified by email to enquiries@groovedance.com.au and I understand the 8 days won't start until the email has been received. 8. I understand that if I leave the studio with money owing that Groove Dance and Cheerleading will continue to direct debit my account until any outstanding balance is paid in full. 9. I understand to give notice or un enrol from Dance Studio Pro my account needs to be at $0 or in credit. 10. I understand that my outstanding balance will get passed onto a debt collector if I fail to pay any outstanding amount. 11. I understand that if my account gets passed onto a debt collector I will also be responsible to pay any costs associated such as court costs and fees. 12. I understand that if a student leaves Groove Dance and Cheerleading and I am to receive a credit from extra money I have paid towards class fees it will be at the end of the term. Notification needs to be received prior to the end of the term. If we are notified during a school holiday period your account will be finalised at the end of the next term. 13. I understand that there are no exceptions to when credits are handed out. 14. I understand I need to allow an extra 2 weeks at the end of the Term for Groove Dance and Cheerleading to finalise and send out my refund. 15. I understand that negative comments written or posted about Groove Dance and Cheerleading, including students, coaches and staff, etc are not to be posted on Social Media. 16. I understand that any physical activity has a risk of personal injury involved. 17. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading's staff members take the most care to provide a safe dance experience and neither Groove Dance and Cheerleading or its teachers are responsible or liable for any injury/accident that may occur. 18. In the event of a medical emergency, and where a parent or guardian cannot be notified, I authorise Groove Dance and Cheerleading to seek medical advice. 19. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading will take photos/video footage for advertising purposes including social media. 20. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading may use these photos for advertising purposes once my child has ceased dancing with Groove Dance and Cheerleading. 21. I understand that if I do not want my child photographed/videoed that I need to email enquiries@groovedance.com.au
Navy Membership Terms and Conditions. The Navy Membership means you lock in the current tuition prices shown on Groove Dance and Cheerleading website. 1. I understand that my price structure will remain in line with Groove Dance and Cheerleading's Navy Membership. 2. I understand I will be emailed a copy of the Navy Membership price structure for reference if the current tuition price changes. 3. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading's current Timetables may show a different price structure to my Navy Membership. A copy of the Navy Membership can be found in my portal under email history. 4. I understand that if my child/children give notice to Groove Dance and Cheerleading I will no longer receive the Navy Membership if they return to classes. Instead, tuition will follow Groove Dance and Cheerleading's timetable and prices for that time. 5. I understand if a new enrolment is a sibling of a current student they will be added to my Navy Membership. 6. I understand that if my AutoPay Payments fail and fall more than 3 weeks behind in tuition, I will be contacted by Groove Dance and Cheerleading's administration team and will be given 7 days to amend the outstanding amount owed. 7. I understand if I am unable to pay the outstanding amount and have not made an agreement with Groove Dance and Cheerleading's administration team then I will no longer receive the Navy Membership and will be swapped to the studio timetable of that time.
