Impact Expressions Enrollment/Financial Policies and Procedures The policies and procedures are VERY IMPORTANT for parents to read thoroughly as this page will explain what is expected from our families and the way our studio operates. 1. Impact Expressions dance season runs 9 months (Sept 8th – June 4th) When a student enrolls, they are enrolling for the entire season. 2. There will be a $30 annual registration fee per student. Once this payment is made it is not refundable. 3. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. Any payment made after the 5th day of the month will be subject to a late fee of $5 per day that tuition is unpaid. 4. We do accept cash and check payments. We will have our black lock box available for payment drop off. Please be sure to put cash payments in our envelopes provided to be filled out so we know who the payment is from. Please only use envelope for CASH payments and not for checks. 5. Any student who drops out of a class after September 15th will be charged a $25 drop out fee. 6. Recital fees must be paid either half or whole amount by the date they are due. 7. There are no tuition deductions for student absences or weather closures.

Students are expected to be on time both arriving and leaving classes. (5 min early is on time) this will ensure we run classes efficiently and effectively. 2. For safety reasons, students ages 9 and under need to be picked up IN THE STUDIO where the instructor can see them leaving with their Parent. 3. For safety reasons if a new adult is picking up a student the instructor will need to be notified prior to class. 4. In the rare case of severe weather Impact Expressions will generally follow the Amarillo ISD school cancellations. 5. If a student will not be in class due to special circumstances (such as sickness, out of town etc.) please inform their instructor before class. 6. If a student is absent from class five or more times in a semester that student may not be able to participate in the spring recital or any other performance that semester without make-up classes that will be an additional charge at their instructor’s discretion. 7. All students are expected to adhere to the dress code and should respect any additional requests their teachers may ask of them regarding proper attire. 8. All students enrolled in classes set to perform are expected to participate in any performances or recitals scheduled during the school year. 9. We ask that ONLY WATER be brought into the studio and that food be limited to mess free snacks. 11. Parents are allowed to stay in the studio room during class times with the understanding that all noise must be kept to a minimum. 12. If any damage is caused to the studio by a student or their family, they will be held responsible for the cost of those damages
Impact Expressions School of The Arts will ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, your location, or your contact information when you create an account or enroll in classes. We will use this information to make contact in regards to important information pertaining to the studio, your account, billing and/or anything pertaining to classes in which you register. We will NOT share your personal information with third party companies or use the information for anything not pertaining to the organization of Impact Expressions, except when required to do so by law or comply with legal process. Contact information, online account, and payment information will only be shared within the organization of Impact Expressions and their employees/ paid workers/ volunteers. Impact Expressions is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. Any information shared both online and in person is NOT accessible by the general public.
