Client understands and agrees that dance is an intense physical activity that can result in injury and, in full consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Activities, Client further agrees to hold harmless EDA and waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind against EDA, its administrative and teaching staff, affiliates, managers, members, agents, volunteers, contractors, sub-contractors, representatives, successors and assigns arising out of Client’s or Dancer’s participation in Activities, including but not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss, or death.Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client agrees to accept total responsibility for any injuries and related costs to Client, Dancer, children or anyone in Client’s charge
