By enrolling in Claddagh School of Irish Dance, I confirm that I have read and understood the Prospectus in full and agree to comply with all requirements outlined within it.

I agree to:

Pay all fees on time as specified in the fee schedule.
Ensure my child attends class each week in the correct uniform and shoes, as outlined in the dress code policy.
Contribute positively to the school community, upholding a supportive and respectful environment for all students, parents, and staff.
I acknowledge that failure to adhere to the above commitments may impact my child’s participation in the school and could result in the inability to re-enrol in the future.

We like to keep things simple here at Claddagh. Please be aware that by enrolling you agree with the following:
-you will pay your fees on-time
-you will ensure your child turns up to class 10 minutes early and has the correct uniform, shoes & a water bottle
-you & your family will be positive representatives of the studio
-you will read the information we send out & keep the lines of communication open
-if you have an issue , talk to the studio owner about it!
-you agree to us using your child's photo for advertising, if not, just let us know!
