By registering, it is understood that I release and hold harmless SKilSet Movement Studios, as well as any affiliated persons or organizations, for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Additionally, I understand that SKilSet Movement Studios or any affiliated persons and/or organizations are not liable for any injury my artist may obtain at any time.

By registering, I grant SKilSet Movement Studios, and related affiliates, permission to utilize the image of my young artist(s) for promotional purposes. Additionally, they are granted permission to interview, photograph and/or record my artist. Footage of my artist may be posted on social media platforms, the official S2MS Website as well as any other outlets as needed. I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of my young artist's likeness. Lastly, I am aware that I am not allowed to post videos of SKilSet Movement Studios ' choreography or content as well as fooage from events, rehearsals, practices, performances, appearances or competitions without direct permission from a S2MS Director.
