Beginning October 1, 2026 will be a $3.00 convenience fee on credit card payments. If signed up for monthly Auto-pay, there will be no fee.
This is acceptance to allow Cumberland Dance Academy to use pictures and video of your child/children in class or other special events on social media for marketing purposes only.
Tuition is due the 1st of each month. After the 10th of each month, your account becomes delinquent and a $20 late fee will be added.
In the event your child/children are injured on the premises, Cumberland Dance Academy is not responsible. By reading and enrolling your child/children into Cumberland Dance Academy, you agree to these terms. In the event that your child is injured at an event off of the premises of Cumberland Dance Academy, Cumberland Dance Academy is not responsible. By reading and enrolling your child/ children you agree to these terms.
