CODE OF CONDUCT
Dance training is a serious commitment, even when pursued as a hobby or recreational activity. Discipline, respect, and responsibility are essential to maintaining a positive and harmonious environment within the group. For this reason, the following rules and guidelines have been established to ensure appropriate behavior and a respectful atmosphere within the dance studio.
PUNCTUALITY
Students must arrive at the dance studio before their class begins. Once the class has started, a 10-minute grace period will be allowed. After this time, students will not be permitted to enter the classroom, as participating in class without a proper warm-up is not recommended and may increase the risk of injury.
REQUIRED UNIFORM
All students must arrive at the classroom wearing the appropriate uniform for their class. Dance shoes and accessories must be carried in a dance bag and should not be worn from outside, as they are intended for use inside the dance studio only.
Students are required to wear the COMPLETE UNIFORM corresponding to their class.
APPEARANCE & GROOMING
For all classes, students must have their hair neatly and securely tied back, with no loose hair falling onto the face.
For BALLET classes, students must wear their hair in a neat ballet bun.
No jewelry of any kind is permitted during class.
ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is essential for students to make the most of their training and to ensure that instructors can maintain the progress and pace of the entire group.
Attendance will be taken during every class. Students are allowed a maximum of three absences per month. Beginning with the fourth unjustified absence, the student will be withdrawn from the program and will need to register again and pay the applicable registration fee in order to resume classes.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Chewing gum, eating, or bringing food into the classrooms is strictly prohibited.
Water and other liquids only.
CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones inside the classroom is strictly prohibited. Cell phones must be turned to silent mode before class begins.
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS
Parents, guardians, and other individuals who are not participating in the class are not permitted to enter the classroom. This policy is intended to prevent distractions and allow students to remain focused during their training.
STUDENT PICK-UP
Parents or guardians must pick up their children promptly after class. Students must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after their class has ended.
MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS
Monthly tuition must be paid on time, between the 1st and the 10th of each month.
Payments made from the 11th through the end of the month will be subject to a 10% late fee, without exception.
It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to pay the full monthly tuition, even if the student does not attend any classes during the month.
After two consecutive months of non-payment, the student will be automatically withdrawn from the program.

CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA
La preparación de la danza es seria, aun cuando pueda tomarse como un gusto o pasatiempo, y la disciplina es el unico medio para regular la convivencia en grupo por lo que se hace necesario este listado de reglas de comportamiento dentro de este estudio de danza.
PUNTUALIDAD.
Las alumnas deberan llegar al studio de danza antes de que inicie la clase, una vez iniciada se dara un margen de 10 minutos, despues de este tiempo no se permitirá el acceso a ninguna alumna, ya que no es recomendable tomar clase sin un calentamiento previo.
UNIFORME OBLIGATORIO.
Todas las alumnas deberan llegar al salón de clases debidamente uniformadas de acuerdo a su clase, sus zapatos y accesorios en una mochila, no traerlos puestos desde la calle, ya que estos son solo para usarse dentro del salón de clases. Portar UNIFORME COMPLETO a la clase correspondiente.
APARIENCIA.
En todas las clases deberan asistir con el cabello recogido, bien peinadas y sin cabellos en la cara, para la clase se BALLET deberan traer cebollita. Ningun tipo de joyeria esta permitida dentro de su clase.
ASISTENCIA.
Es muy importante que nuestras alumnas no falten a sus clases con el fin de aprovechar al maximo su instrucción y no retrasar a sus maestros en el trabajo que se realiza con el grupo completo. Durante cada clase se tomara lista de asistencia, la alumna tiene derecho a 3 faltas como maximo durante el mes, a la cuarta falta injustificada se le dará de BAJA y tendra que volver a inscribirse pagando la Cuota correspondiente para poder reincorporase a sus clases.
ALIMENTOS & BEBIDAS.
Queda estrictamente prohibido masticar chicle, comer o introducir alimentos a los salones de clases. AGUA y liquidos solamente.
CELULARES.
Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de telefonos celulares dentro del salón de clases, estos deberan ser ajustados a modo silencio antes de iniciar la clase.
PERSONAS AJENAS.
No esta permitido que personas ajenas entren al salon de clases, esto con el objetivo de no distraer a las alumnas.
SALIDA DE LAS ALUMNAS.
Los padres deberan recoger a sus hijas de manera puntual, no mas de 15 minutos despuéss de finalizada su clase.
PAGOS DE MENSUALIDADES.
La mensualidad debera ser pagada con puntualidad del día primero al dia diez, del dia once a fin de mes con un recargo del 10% sin excepcion alguna. Es responsabilidad del padre o tutor el pago de la mensualidad completa aun si el alumno no asiste a ninguna clase durante el mes. Despues de 2 meses de falta de pago, la alumna sera dada de baja automaticamente.
