SMASH Theatre School: Saturday Sessions Agreement Programs: Bright Lights and Star Lights. 1. 2-Week Tryout Guarantee SMASH Theatre School offers a special 2-Week Tryout Guarantee exclusively for our Bright Lights and Star Lights programs. This gives your child a chance to try out our triple threat training completely risk-free. 2. Withdrawal and Refund Policy If your child participates in the first two (2) scheduled classes of the term and decides it is not a good fit, you must notify us in writing via email at info@smashtheatreschool.ca before the start of the third (3rd) scheduled class. - Upon receiving your email, SMASH theatre School will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining eight (8) weeks of the term. - The cost of the first two attended classes is non-refundable - If written notice is not received before the start of the third class, the full term tuition becomes completely non-refundable, and you are committed to the full 10 week session. General Studio Terms & Safety Liability - Physical Activity Safety: I understand that musical theatre, acting, and dance involve physical movement. I affirm that my child is in good health to participate safely. I release SMASH Theatre School, its owners , and it's instructors from any liability regarding personal injury sustained on the property. Media & Promotional Release: I grant SMASH Theatre School permission to use photographs and videos taken of my child during class hours or the final Studio Showcase for promotional , Website, and social media marketing purposes. I have read, understood, and agree to the 2 week tryout terms and the standard studio policies for Bright Lights/ Star Lights.
Tuition for the 2026/2027 season is divided into 10 payments. There will be a registration fee of $50 due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. There will be a $150 production fee due February 1st 2026 per student. The balance of tuition will be spread across 10 monthly payments, which will be automatically billed on the 15th of each month from August 15th 2026 to May 15th 2027,(this excluded accounts who have registered for our 10 week session classes as payment is due in full at time of registration). Please note that all payments are made via credit card through our Dance Studio Pro auto pay system. There will be a late fee charged after 7 days of 5% on the balance of the account and each 7 days thereafter. All our Performance Programs are a full 10 months. By joining the performance programs you acknowledge that the programs are non-refundable. Withdrawal Policy. There are no refunds on any payments. If you withdraw from the performance program SMASH theatre requires 30 days notice and two months extra payments. You will automatically be charged a penalty of 3 full payments from the day you withdraw. We will no longer be able to offer your spot to waitlisted students therefore you are responsible to these conditions. By participating in the program you are agreeing to these policies and understand that you will be charged 3 months tuition.
